Xen Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 yeah that's true. that's also probably one of the reasons he left. Then we'll just show him the European form table instead
fleckneymike Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Klopp is highly unlikely. If we suspend all logic and sense, and entertain the thought that he would even remotely consider us, there are a number of factors which still make taking the job a poor choice for any high profile boss. With Brendan Rodgers under increased scrutiny at Liverpool, and with their run of away games at the start of the season, the Liverpool job is one worth waiting for. Likewise Rafa Benirez at Madrid is not a popular appointment so any wobble there could result in a vacancy.
MC Prussian Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 More than 1'200 members online at the moment - it's the Kloppo Factor!
Stevosevic Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 This is getting silly, we've not even been linked and won't be, the owners won't even talk to him. He probably wouldn't even take the call
The Horse's Mouth Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 This must be hilarious to anyone who doesn't support Leicester reading this, they must think we're the most deluded fanbase in the prem

benpicko Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Could somebody start a thread for Jocelyn Gourvennec and start betting for him instead? Won't happen either but still more likely than Klopp. We won't look completely deluded with that on the front page instead of this
lgfualol Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 25-35% chance haha. That was tough to hear, I've been daydreaming about him taking over. Oh well, back to reality. I wonder what formation Coterill will play.

whoareyaaa Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 I don't know why people are saying that he will never come and that he wouldn't even look at taking on the job. anything could happen plus if I was a manager you would want to challenge yourself, he has the financial backing, a good squad of players already who work for each other, and a great fan base. he isn't your usual run of the mill manager and the owners want the club to be fighting for Europe eventually so why not throw a bucket load of money at him and see if he's up for the challenge. If we was to appoint someone like Neil Lennon then it shows what a disaster it was firing Pearson.

RedSoxUK Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Can the mods move this thread to the comedy rumours or something. I keep getting excited for nothing.
ealingfox Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 To be fair if he used the live European form table to shortlist his potential destinations at the end of the season we are bang in business.
foxychik Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 More #clutchingatstraws our new signings Shinji Okazaki from Mainz Robert Huth - German national Christian Fuchs from schalke All players you would assume Klopp knows well - just saying
chapero82 Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Surely this thread needs closing, it's not even a rumour
