Well I did bloody say to all the doom merchants there was no need to worry! Our away record in the last few was great before... It's amazing now! 12 goals in 4 away games!

Haven't lost away since March... that is incredible by any teams standards

After a poor start Okazaki played ok and took his chance well. He still misses some getable chances and falls over/ brushed aside too easily.

Ulloa is an enigma - comes on, gives away those stupid frees where he tries to back into his opponent and boy does he miss some absolute gimme shots. He should have scored late against ManU (cost us a 7 point lead now!) and his miss late in the game was criminal. I still prefer his height although Okazaki did well clearing a few of their corners.

Still a good side will find a way to win laying poorly in patches but having said that we always look good re scoring on a counter. Plus our depth tested with a few outs and we showed we are not a 1, 2 or 3 man team.

An unbelievable season to date - bring on April 2016!

People forget that even when we were struggling to collect points and heading for the bottom of the Premiership last season we were never getting hammered. It was just the little things we were missing or being punished for.

A slight change of system and of emphasis suited the team we had much better.

Plus I felt we had a lack of real belief. Because of this it was about this time last season that I said that I believed that if we could win one or two we would go on a winning run, I never ever imagined this. :)

It was slightly more complicated than that. Leo had to cut back on Stones, Barry got a foot on the ball, and Leo to had to beat Baines to the ball to get the shot off. Leo just wasn't able to get the lift on it and Tim Howard was able to spread his legs. It's tough luck. This stuff happens. Some others in that scenario would have fallen over on contact with Stones.

Apologies - bit pissed BUT.

If Kramaric and Inler (and Benalouane) can come on and play as well as Was and King have done, then we have streangth in depth. Everton are good side. And they played well today. And we beat them. My head is for top four - my heart is all out for the title (although I don't quite know where I would go from there).

I think the thing I like most about him are his goal celebrations. He has the grin of someone who's won a competition and been allowed to play a professional football match. Against Newcastle and Everton he's wheeled away laughing to his team mates like "how the fvck did I do that guys?". It's hilarious to watch.

Shinji has scored in both games we've worn white. Time to put him back in his box until our next white game.

But we were wearing black yesterday...

What impressed me the most yesterday was the teams fitness. I was really concerned after the Chelsea game where we looked absolutely knackered towards the end, that with a day's less rest we'd struggle. Everton looked a very fit and energetic team yesterday, but at no point did we look tired. Such a remarkable achievement from the sports science guys.

If we work on our possession it will kill our style.

We had half of their possession but as many shots and shots on target. Fact is we play the ball forward directly and go for goal, other teams play it around the back and invite mistakes.

I wasn't meaning keep it ala Arsenal I was more thinking of times when we need to keep the ball to kill off th game a little. The last ten minutes yesterday and to some extent against Chelsea as well we just kept giving the ball away by being too eager to try and play someone in on goal. Yesterday we were lucky that Lakaku fluffed quite a few of his chances towards the end. Would just be nice to see us keep the ball in the last ten minutes I don't mean at the back but in the opposition half to wear them down and stop them from bombarding us with attacks. Yesterday and the Chelsea game really saw those last few minutes being squeaky bum time! lol
