LJS Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 It's been creeping in more and more over the past few months. Kasper has done this almost since he joined the club. He is a terrible kicker of the ball. He is the best we've had for years but unfortunately that leads to fans overrating him. We could find better.
ronnup Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Defending has been excellent against one of the best teams in the league away. Very pleased.
lgfualol Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 No they dont at all. Christ. Vardy has fed on scraps and Mahrez has looked sharp the few times he has had te ball. Albrightons just not having a particularly good game. Well I think they do, you'll have to deal wid it
LanguedocFox Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 We always play better in the second half. Go for it.
Monsell1976 Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 I'm sure people just panic because we don't see much of the ball, but that's just the way we play. We are away to a side with better players than us. They will have more of the ball and they will create more chances. If we win it will be because we've done them on the break, which is exactly what our game plan is. If we lose, well we've lost away to a very good side. On to the next one.To be fair I'm happy with that half, away from home, but the players that are coming in for a bit of flak, in my opinion, have deserved a bit.Albrighton isn't at the races, and kaspers distribution has been shocking, the amount of times he kicks randomly, and not to our players, or on the pitch, it's giving Spurs a chance to add to the pressure on our goal.
Larry_LCFC Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Nothing wrong with having a opinion, but to many people just pick out the negatives! Not many positives really. Poor going forward, giving the ball away too easily, players not tracking back, Kaspers kicking is horrendous. DD had a superb effort saved but its been poor other that that. Hopefully we'll do what we did on Sunday and come back out fighting.
adam Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Pretty average .We need to get Mahrez and Vardy involved more .
Will1981 Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 What? he is not tracking him runner especially Davies and then Walker when he switched with Albrighton
thegaffa Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Would snap your hands off for a draw now! Agree with you!
ARM1968 Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Rubbish. They've had a good rest. VARDY I can understand. The other two need to step up. Simples. I'd swap Albrighton for Gray.
ousefox Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Started going after ten minutes and not played too badly. Nothing coming off for Albrighton though. He isn't having a good game. Mahrez is looking weak defensively too
AKCJ Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Tony Pulis will get a right arselicking if it stays as it is tonight. Hes playing a 6 foot 3 striker. Three defensive midfielders. and four centre backs.
Carl the Llama Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 It's like a lot of you have just started watching Leicester. We've had poor pass accuracy almost every game but it's not stopped us so far.
filbertway Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Oh, special mention to Kanté ran like 70 yards back and managed to cover for the right back, otherwise Lamela would have been clean through, what a guy! It's hard to string passes together against a team like spurs, they're such a good pressing team.
m4DD0gg Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Painful to watch, get gray on for albrighton and someone give mahrez a rocket
Vacamion Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 We have not been at our best but some of that is due to Spurs being decent. It's difficult for Mahrez, Albrighton and Drinky to shine if they are busy defensively. We are well in this. C'Mon City.
Webbo Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 What is this 'controversial' chant? It's controversial in the fact that Man City do a similar song. I'm so ashamed.
weller54 Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Think it'll be like the Alamo for the second half..... Nick a point here and it's a minor miracle.
J Willis Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 we're doing ok. spurs are looking very sharp and well up for it. we've had the best chances. why isn't Fuchs taking throws on both sides when we're in range of the box??? looked like shakespeare was telling them to do it but it hasn't happened. a massive waste
AjcW Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Maybe the most annoying part is that we know this team can play good passing football. We saw it last season. Shackles have been put on and it's just a bit too safe.
Babylon Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 We don't usually play like thisReally? We played exactly like this in the first Spurs game, and against United, and Man City and Liverpool. In fact the only game we didn't play like this against the better possession teams was Arsenal. We struggle a bit against the better teams, it's no biggy, the ones who have spent 100's of millions are expected to be better. To ever progress and beat them and be more comfortable we need to be better at possession football.
ScouseFox Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 I know we don't normally have much possession but when we do have the ball we need to string 3 passes together. We haven't been great. agree with this again. last few games we seem to have let the media etc go to our heads in terms of lack of possession/kick and rush football and we're doing it pointlessly. there's one thing not having much possession and looking to break when we can, but it's another altogether what we've been doing since everton away. we get the ball and immediately boot it aimlessly and hope someone chases it down, rather than earlier in the season when we were getting it and playing sharp, direct passes. see things like vardy vs arsenal or both goals at norwich compared to some of the hoofs towards the corners we're playing lately. frustrating but once more massively in the game despite playing quite poorly and got a whole half to sort it out.
The Guvnor Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 I think we are soaking it up reasonably well it aint always going to be pretty football
Chester Dontlie Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 glad to see Kante back to his master of ceremony role, agree on Vards, Mahrez and Albrighton being not their usual selves. Tottenham are a worthy opposition tbf. Now please sparkle some magic on The Foxes, Don Claudio!
