HighPeakFox Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 The players will fight like they always do, and take nothing for granted. The moment they didn't, we would have a problem, but I just don't see them taking their foot off the pedal.
foxfanazer Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 Our confidence must be sky high and I can only see that working in our favour. We look like we have some teams beaten before the games even started like United used to. You compare the Watford performance at Old Trafford to the one against us at their own ground. 3-0 City and one step closer to making history
Jazzy_Jeff Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 Schmeichel Simpson Huth Morgan Fuchs Mahrez Kante Drinkwater Schlupp Ulloa Vardy Subs: Schwarzer, Wasilewski, Amartey, King, Albrighton, Okazaki, Gray
Dan Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 Are they any worse than Villa who we beat by the odd goal at home and drew away you never know The Villa games bar 20 minutes were probably our worst displays of the season.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 I can see Jeff starting this, but either way I'd be happy. Just hope the fans don't get complacent like we did against Bournemouth and Norwich, need to be at it from the off again.
Filbert's Friend Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 I love Jeff and I think he is an excellent asset in being able to change the focus and pace of our attack. However, if we do start Ulloa, I think we would be missing a trick if we don't pick Albrighton too. His crosses are deadly and we haven't really had a powerhouse in the air to make the most of them. We know Ulloa loves a clean header, so I think those two linking up could really undo a shaky Newcastle defence.

This very much thisWe need to crank up the handle as fans in this last 9 games Up the Foxes
adam Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 As if Newcastle haven't sacked McClaren yet. Madness. Clearly no one wants the job.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 As if Newcastle haven't sacked McClaren yet. Madness. Clearly no one wants the job.Of course weirdly if they don't sack the wally with the brolly it might galvanise them anyway? We will see
filbertway Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 Can't see Ashley getting rid of McClaren just yet. He's hardly the most proactive of owners is he. Pretty sure he genuinely isn't arsed either way.

ARM1968 Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 Well the clown is still there. Happy days. Hope he's still in charge monday.
UPinCarolina Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 McClaren is the least of that club's worries right now. That ownership is horrific and should rightly be dogged.
johnny the fox Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 remember this lot are the only other team to win at spurs in the league...fighting for their lives now. won't be easy..
UPinCarolina Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 remember this lot are the only other team to win at spurs in the league...fighting for their lives now. won't be easy.. Players won't be fighting for wages, though! (No relegation clause in most contracts )
biggs Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 remember this lot are the only other team to win at spurs in the league...fighting for their lives now. won't be easy.. Certainly didn't look as though they were fighting for their lives on the weekend
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 Certainly didn't look as though they were fighting for their lives on the weekendYou can bet your life they will be more up for this game
Heisenberg Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 They won't be able to live with us hassling them and putting them under pressure. Easiest win of the season
FLAN Posted 8 March 2016 Posted 8 March 2016 Assuming they sack the Mac would any new guy really want to face us in his first game? Plenty of new managers have officially taken over post a difficult fixture
DennisNedry Posted 9 March 2016 Posted 9 March 2016 I'm worried that they'll sack McCLaren and get the obligatory win that usually follows a sacking. If McClaren stays, we should win this comfortably. There are still dangerous players to watch though, especially Perez and Wijaldum.
kingcarr21 Posted 9 March 2016 Posted 9 March 2016 They can have any manager they want and any uplift they want. That wont stop our players gunning for victory and gunning for the title. They go a goal down its curtains for them. Early goal and a comfortable win for us. Newcastle are awful especially away from home. First Vardy prem hat trick. Huth, Albrighton and Schluup. 6-0
Wolfox Posted 9 March 2016 Posted 9 March 2016 Hold up... I wasn't aware of this until I had read this article.,, Apparently they are just as good as us? http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/newcastle-united-leicester-city-polar-11010284 In other news - Apparently Donald Trump is lovely bloke and Arsene Wenger is a really good manager...
