fazzyfox Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 Newcastle have been brighter than I would have expected and are closing down well, we just need to get into the final third and run at them. Some very good one touch stuff, quick passing in tight areas and we've had to with their closing down.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 Vardy has been brilliant even without the goals of late
Jakemoore Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 Think we look OK but I'm not sure ok will be good enough as I reckon Newcastle will improve. We have been sloppy at times which is frustrating. Having said all of that, I fully expect us to improve because that's how good our season has been. And we are a much better side!
Vacamion Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 Huth our man of the half. Newcastle are better than I thought they would be. COYB.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 I expected Newcastle to do this, new manager and Benitez is no mug when it comes to tactics, he has them set out perfectly for an away game... we need another to force them out more
Webbo Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 If Albrighton had scored with that shot to the right, we'd be two up. In the match at St James's Park, we were 1-0 up at half-time and won 3-0. could be the same tonight. If Mitrovic hadn't tripped over Sissoko it'd be 1-1
m4DD0gg Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 what is that scouse **** carragher on about?! he just jealous he never won the league
st albans fox Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 Claudio was more upset that hald than I've seen him before in the touch line I expect a reaction from the boys
Dr The Singh Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 reminds me of the villa game, a very flat performance
Bryn Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 He was offside, I don't see as we gain any advantage from it though.
Chester Dontlie Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 What's with Schmeichel's black eye? He had a punching lesson with his dad Simpson
weller54 Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 If Mitrovic hadn't tripped over Sissoko it'd be 1-1 And I think they deserve to be level.. We've been untidy and nervy.
RowlattsFox Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 I think he was offside but could it be argued that he is back on side again when they Newcastle player heads it? Different phase of play?
MC Prussian Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 I think the first few chances for Newcastle in the opening stages were simply created by us to lull them in a false sense of security or dominance. The sooner we can find that second goal, the better off we'll be. I'd also love Gökhan Inler finally getting some game time again after such a long time on the sidelines.
SystonFox Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 reminds me of the villa game, a very flat performance No no no. That day we were poor. We look quality today, Newcastle have upped it FairPlay to them
urban.spaceman Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 Shinji's smile. Every. Time. Shinji's smile. Every. Time.
Webbo Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 He was offside, I don't see as we gain any advantage from it though. Apart from scoring you mean?
polarbear Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 Don't know if it's not coming through well on sky but the crowd seem subdued
midland_red Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 45 minutes of Hell to go... True...can't take much more of this
step Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 oh oh, here we go, can it carry on or are we going to get found out.
Clever Fox Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 Going to plan so far although Albrighton should have put the Game safe. We need to be careful because Mitrovitch is causing us problems.
