It's a shame because the lad clearly wants to come here and the fans on here seem to want him, me included. It's OK though, we will just play Liam Moore in CM instead. Wouldn't be against giving moore a run out in these friendlies to see if he can perform in midfield against top opposition, might as well see how he fares first then buying just for the sake of it. Liam Moore as a Kante replacement With Champions League football this season I don't think a player that hasn't featured at all in the last two seasons can all of a sudden make that kind of a step up. No thankyou, we need to use these games to prepare for the season and we have many central midfielders who need game time. I seriously doubt anything happens with any club before he's back. As for the Betis links, the only way they beat us is with a loan move - if that's what Juve is after than he's probably not what we're looking for anyway.
