Awful really. Low on confidence and struggled against the likes of David fvcking Meyler ffs. Pre season travelling around getting absolutely bummed by the likes of PSG and Barcelona can't have helped much.

It's no good having the fastest front 2 in the league when teams defend deep and pack midfield, Okazaki livened things up when he came on. It's essential we keep players like him and Ulloa.

We looked half ready, passing and shooting awful. MOM gotta be Curtis Davis. On to Arsenal!

I said this wouldn't be easy. The fans and team were way too complacent today. Need a dynamic midfielder to partner Drinky. Im sorry to say that King just wasn't up to it today. Once again we are better with Okazaki on the pitch

Complete shambles. Was probably on the cards after our summer of sight seeing. Too many players think there better than they are. Mahrez especially. Looks like we have got carried away on the 100K a week contracts too .

Shocking across the whole pitch. Wasn't even a penalty. Conceding too many goals. Said pre game, King is not good enough to start. Not that he was worse than anyone else.

A loss is a loss, it's the nature of how we played that's more concerning.

Kante really was exceptional.

Where do you start after that , poor all round the park, Shinji livened things up a bit but we were so shite I did wonder if it was Leicester I was watching. I just hope losing Kante hasnt ripped the heart out of our team.

Also can we stop mentioning ****ing Kante he's gone, not out suspended or injured gone.

we also missed Walsh and Elliott at the back and Lineker up front but get over it.

Piss poor considering we are Champions, but its only one game, lets not make a habit of it

CR needs to change it next game - I would like ot see the 2nd half team against Barca

The Great Escape and last season never happened.

We've only just woken up to a new season of football.

A few positives today - Gray in parts, Musa was very good (just could do with a bit more finishing intent), I liked Simpson going forward and Drinkwater did as good as he could influencing our attacking game.

The rest, however, need to realize that we're the reigning champions and that this is the Premier League. Too many players at least a yard off their usual pace. King was mostly anonymous today, Morgan seemed so slow and unaware and didn't link up well with Hernandez, who also put the foot wrong on numerous occasions. Schmeichel? Oh dear... Today, you've shown what not to do after a recent five-year contract extension.

Musa was good with the ball today but needs to be more selfish. Mike Dean was just awful but not the reason we lost today. Possibly the only reason we managed to score today infact. Very poor

Andy King is not good enough to start regularly in the Premier League.  He was anonymous today.  Hernandez needs to learn the physicality of the Premier League.  Saying that, Vardy missed  2 golden opportunity's in the first half.  Disappointing start..

Better side won. Hull were everything we should have been and we're not. Hungry, street wise and aggressive.

One game doesn't define a season but coupled with pre season it doesn't take a genius to work out we need a central attacking minded midfielder. We were too lateral with nearly every pass from Drinkwater and especially King going wide. That suited Hull who were happy to force us out there and needed no help.

Too many key players off the the pace today but the lack of desire was the disappointing aspect for me. Time for the champions to show why we are.

but well done Hull.
