Drinky and Vardy in the England Squad

To be honest I don't care who picks the England team. To a point I am glad our lads are not starting. Less time to get injured and they can't be blamed when it goes tits up again.

I'm just glad Drinkwater isn't playing, and selfishly i hope he doesn't get a look in. He's the most irreplaceable player in our squad currently.

Maybe Big Sam has taken the view that we were so shit that he can't really single anyone out too much, and has to start again.

I've always liked him, and will refrain from further criticism for at least, hmm... 2 hours!

Good to see England's dynamic midfielder Rooney keeping Drinky out of the national side......doh.......maybe Shakey helping save him for Anfield instead....

Don't know if it's just me but this squad doesn't fill me with any hope at all stones looks out of his depth at times Harts kicking and distribution leaves a lot to be desired hendersons not a patch on DD and Kane looks like he's lost confidence.

hope Big Sam isn't taking advice from Woy!!:(

He and Vardy are losing match fitness though while Lallana and Henderson play. I'm not sure 2 weeks without a game would be too beneficial just as we were beginning to seem back to our old selves.

I'd love to see Drinky and Vardy come on to change the game around 60-70 minutes in.

Hope my main team, Algeria, are better than this.

Both sides are certainly determined not to lose... zero shots on target, I think.

:) thank you... Good luck to England, I'm watching them too

looking forwards for Mahrez and Slimani later on.
