DANGEROUS TIGER

TRACTOR-MAN.

Recommended Posts

rAt long last, I have purchased an old tractor, dating to the 1950s.

I am going to have to put a lot of work into putting her back into a reasonably good condition, but it's a challenge. She is in good working order, but cosmeically pooy, but I am sure I can make her beautiful again, and enjoy going out and about. in her.

Just wondering if anyone on here has undertaken a similar project?

Thought this was about the release of a new Marvel superhero movie.

'Tractor Man, Tractor Man, he can plough fields faster than anyone can'.

It's funny because if anyone on here strikes me as a crazy farmer who sits at home attempting to shoot trespassers it defo 100% wouldn't be DT.

I quite fancy restoring a tuk tuk. Not that I know anything about mechanics but it looks simple enough that I could manage.

My late father in law drove a Nuffield, which what I ideally wanted. I used to help drive it, with the plough, over fields when he was at hand, and in my spare time.. That put the idea in my head.

I hope to get a second hand 2 birth caravan, and hitch them together. I 've had enough of four walls, and  grumpy female company. I'm no spring chicken, so I can't hang around too long. I don't exactly want to be like "Toad", in the Wind In The Willows", but I yearn for the simple life, and the freedom to express my self.

The world is my oyster, and I intend grab a big basin full of it before I pop my clogs ( gaiters ). I have always been slightly eccentric, but with the passing years it has become more profound.

I reckon, another couple of years, and I should be fully prepared.
