How about... 1) Shakey is on holiday and will sign the deal when his agent has it all sorted. 2) They are just ironing out the technicalities. 3) Like Pearson before him, he wants all the backroom teams contracts sorting out first before committing himself. I think I read that since he signed for Swansea only Christian Eriksen (who Barcelona are apparently interested in) has more goals + assists. 30m is, frankly, a steal. He is 4/7 Everton and 5/1 us We have a problem competing with everton the moshiri arrival had a big fanfare but up till now their nett spend hasn't been so big. koeman criticising Walsh in January when the schneiderlin deal took too long. If they were to miss out on gylfi (assuming he came here) then that would cause problems with their fan base - I don't think they can afford to miss him unless they have someone else already in place to proceed with.
