I was speaking with a British Waterways guy yesterday, and he was saying that if the drought continues for more than another couple of weeks there's a very real possibility that they'll be closing the canal system to boat traffic to conserve water.

No end in sight at the moment ..

The air is the problem, we've had no break for ages through a rainstorm and constant temperatures over 20 degrees.

The sun is ok, the humidity is stifling.

I cannot wait for a thunderstorm to belt this place.

I can't either. I check the weather forecast first thing everyday. I keep seeing storms forecast, and then the next day they're gone.

Sick to death of this heat.

Mate I rubbed Deep Freeze on mine once as they were itchy and I thought it might be soothing

Absolutely excruciating pain kicks in after about 10 seconds. I had to put the shower head on full blast on the scrote for 20 minutes to fix that disaster. It did work though, I forgot about the itch after I thought my bollocks were dissolving

Got married on Friday, good lord my back was sweaty, and the journey in the wedding car was like a sauna. Should've gone with the shorts and t-shirt attire. Shirt, waistcoat and suit jacket makes a man sweat.

Who'd get married in the summer

It’s actually raining out Foxton way.

I'm guessing you don't mean Cambridgeshire's Foxton because that would be bloody wonderful news

No, Foxton of Locks fame.

It’s more of a very fine drizzle now and really humid.

No proper football and now the fishing clubs on the river Trent have stopped

us fishing on their stretches because of the lack of oxygen.

Never mind I can always watch the final round of the golf ….. if I had Sky.

Could go for a walk … but it's too hot.

Better go back to bed then …. but it's too hot there as well.

mmmm .. twiddle thumbs time.

Congrats! Did you shave/trim the bollocks or go for the natural look?

Seems to be the topic right now so might as well ask.
