I love it. Once the grey misery has descended once more we'll all be looking back at this summer with bleary eyes.

 

However, having to take the Central Line every day isn't that pleasant at the moment... It's like 40 degrees down there.

 

Thankfully I'm 6ft 4in and can literally rise above most of the crowd at rush hour. I feel for those who have to cosy up into some smelly f**ker's pits.

This is the one time of the year I'm jealous of the benefits scroungers who live in our block of flats.

 

Here's me sweating my balls off all day in the office, with them sat out enjoying it in their deck chairs with a few cans of special brew and a spliff, while their kids play in the paddling pool.

Where do the paddling pools go if they live in flats?

Its beautiful out there now, cooked a BBQ earlier and we sat outside drinking for a few hours. Now is the perfect time. Spookily though i did feel about 5 drops of water.

 

Not sure if it is an incoming warning of storm or a pissing bird flying over.

much better in the last 24 hours. slightly cooler last night and it’s roasting but sunny today rather than roasting and weirdly dark. 

 

lagers by the canal in the sunshine yeahhh
