Think 28 mill is a result, the drinkwater of the title winning season was good in a side that could do no wrong.

The drinkwater of other seasons is a mixture of a good top end championship/ lower end prem player, who's form is inconsistent, who is on £100 grand a week, good bit of business, if a replacement is in place, it's not like it was a surprise him going.

Are you confident they will sign a replacement this week!

If I'm a Chelsea Russian representative the last place I'm spending bank holiday Monday is Narborough.

Not a chance they would be meeting in there on a bank holiday when the sun is out. Will be heaving.

Knowing our recruitment dept, they have probably know he's going for weeks, and not even bothered to get a deal done for a replacement, before allowing the deal to be done.

Lose mahrez as well and no replacements in, I will be concerned.

Well I presumed they wouldn't have been doing it in the middle of the gym mate but my point still stands.

I thought Danny wanted to stay with us for the rest of his career, how times change

The one player i thought would stay to, thought he was the sort of guy who if the money was right played football where he was happy obviously not

Managed well without him, a 3-4 defeat against arsenal away because of some naïve mistakes, winning comfortably at home, and losing against the best united team 2-0 away while looking very decent.

I would be more worried if we lost one of : vardy, Kasper or mahrez!

I would worry if we lost any of those guys too...  but without drinky we lose the edge to counter rapidly; our results are those of a mediocre team... who thinks we would be in a better place if he left?
