VLC86 Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 Couldn't have picked a quieter location today to be fair. Just the sort of place you would pick to sign a new player. Edit: Oh **** just spotted him doing breast stroke in picture 2.
Foxes1 Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 I can understand accepting 28 million for him if he only had a year left on his contract or a release clause which I don't believe he has. Surely the people who sanctions these deals know his worth and should stick to that price. Hope he fails his medical and with the injuries he has had the last couple of seasons he could very well do

Well if we don't buy anyone quality to replace then we deserve everything that comes to us. Same with RB, same with CB.

It will be £30m+ IMO. I can't see us selling for £28m when it's a hostile bid and we know Chelsea are desperate for a CDM and English players. Surely we'll have had their eyes out?

Babylon Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 Why the hell are people believing some random French news outlet? As is they are going to know before anyone else. It might well get done, but as with the Mahrez stuff they have taken a flyer.
Ian Nacho Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 Hopefully, it isn't true. I'm not doubting the unpronounceable name Polish player's ability but surely the tried and tested is better.
RODNEY FERNIO Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 Sounds like Roman sent some his Russian mafia friends to get the deal over the line. Just sign the contact there Mr Drinkwater and we'll make sure no harm will come to you and your family. Soon my friend this Narborough Arms dump will be a distant memory and you will then be the King of the Kings Road.
Koke Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 How dors Ox go for more than Drinkwater? Ox has been in this league for like 5 years and I'm still unsure what his best position is and if he's any good. Drinkwater has won the league and reached the CL quarters (something Ox never has).

Unfortunately Daniel Levy works for Spuds. So your logical take on things is irrelevant as far as LCFC is concerned.
HoustonFox Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 Various reports have the fee anywhere between £28M and £48M... pretty big range there...

RODNEY FERNIO Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 If its £48m we might as well put in a bid for Sanchez

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 We were after Krychowiak just after we'd gotten promoted before he went to Sevilla and shone - he'd be a very, very good replacement if Drinkwater went.

FantasticMrFox&Son Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 Stick BIG money on N'Zonzi if you want some bite and drive in the centre of the park to replace DD.
GeorgeTheFox Posted 28 August 2017 Posted 28 August 2017 Seen Swansea have allegedly bid for Renato Sanches from Bayern Munich.... If we sold Drinkwater to fund getting him I would be happy... anything else then I am seriously worried
