Arsenal post match 4-3

Arsenal comeback was coming a mile off and the subs didn't help. Thought we were great for large parts of the game and overall very positive for the season! Bring it on.

And slating the manager for that is nothing to do with 'loyalty' or any of that shit. It's like saying Mahrez ****ed up by giving the ball away for their 2nd goal, or other players ****ed up to let them in for the 3rd. The manager made a big mistake

I've always, always defended him to the hilt but Big Wes needs replacing. No good being a good captain if you're a liability on the pitch. His deterioration in the last 12 months has been marked.

Never looked good enough defensively, we looked like letting in a goal every time they attacked.

Replace Morgan and Simpson with an upgrade, we could have a good season

James was utterly spent. I think Shakey thought he had no choice. Once we were left with Amartey and Ndidi it was curtains.

lol they did nowt wrong and were in no way at all at fault for either of the goals

Maguire, Vardy and Albrighton all outstanding.

Not sure about Maguire. He was bullied for the Giroud goal. Jumped in a bit too but great potential.

Can't knock the manager or the lads after that performance. Everyone put a shift in but it wasn't to be.

Vardy & Maguire very impressive. Onward and upwards!!

On the plus side, we seem to have pretty good team, Vardy is firing, Maguire looks quality, James is getting back.

James did very little but cover space. They were so dangerous using  late runners from deep positons from central midfield.

We gave ourselves a chance by competing for possession and putting the ball  quickly into dangerous places when we had the chance but then we abandoned all forward movement and support and trI'd to beg the game insteadevelopment of fighting for it towards the end.

Walking back from the game now, hurting inside badly!

Our fans... they were fantastic and you could see the players come up to us at the end to clap us for the support. Great to see everyone in fantastic voice already.

As for the game... WOW. So tough to take being on the wrong side of that but our boys were great. Some individual errors cost us and I feel that bringing on Kelechi Ihenacho was the wrong choice as with 3 midfielders we looked compose with Amartey tidying up nicely. Not Iheanacho's fault at all, it just broke our shape.

We never beat Arsenal and even after a performance like that we can't beat them!!! ARRRGHGGH!!! Their fans are such bell-ends. Silent for 85 minutes until they went ahead at the end, they really don't deserve that ground.

But the thing to take out of this game is that we can have a great season. So many moments in this game reminded me of the title winning season. The players were up for it and Harry Maguire and Vardy were simply fantastic. The game seemed to pass James by in the first half but he seemed more settled in the second. Everyone put in a great shift and we proved we could hurt them.

Gutting, but at least it's clear from that performance that at least Arsenal won't finish in the top 4!

****ing hate lucky jammy Arsenal but Dean cost us a little but let's be honest it was mostly Shakey.

Leaving Mahrez on, then reverting to 442 when they flooded the midfield and also taking James off was just poor.

If Iheanacho was to come on it should have been for Vardy whilst Gray or Chillwell should have come on for Mahrez.

Just naive and frankly stupid substitutions.

cost us. And nice to see we've worked on the defence this summer. Still shite and school boyish how they had three men free when Ramsay scored

Are people forgetting how we actually conceded the goals? Shakespeare's subs, a knackered James going off and Kelechi coming on, Mike Dean and formations do not explain or excuse conceding from two set pieces within minutes.

Wrong subs at the wrong time. Needed changes sooner. Three goals away from home is massively encouraging after the frustration of last season, but the goals we conceded felt too easy. As Vardy said - weak concentration at times.

Another thing is that Danny Simpson's touch is *extraordinarily* shit. Two or three times in stoppage time alone he wildly miscontrolled a ball off for a throw when we were chasing the game

Agree the second sub was an odd one. But people are reacting like this is our tenth defeat in a row, not an unlucky if a bit dumb defeat to a title challenger, after outplaying them away from home for most of the game

We never win away to Arsenal

Vardy is back and didnt deserve to be on the losing side

Nice to see Matty James back thought he played well

Riyad needs to up his game if he ever wants that dream move to a top European side.

Shinji still fell over too much but was excellent tonight.

Maguire has settled in well

We only lost 3 times when we won the PL,  2 against Arsenal

Calm down we can still win the League ☺

I think people need to be a little wary also of overly praising Maguire. We've just conceded 4 goals with him at CB. Early days.

I agree, forgot his "day job" at times and left us exposed.

proud of the boys. just compare that with the limp shite from 12 months ago.

some people here need to sleep on it, it won't feel as bad tomorrow morning.

The subs weren't the smartest but to say "we just had to see the game out" is ****ing laughable. Arsenal had 70% possession and 3 times the amount of shots, they were always going to batter us in the last 10. We weren't cruising our way to a win

Yeah but we did not have to make those last ten minutes so easy for them did we? until those stupid subs we were holding them.

Lacazette's goal was stunning. Morgan should have attached it more though.

There were issues on the left not the right hand side of defence for other goals. Fuchs has been great, but I think it is time to let Chilwell have a go. Simpson didn't do much wrong as usual.

Out of the starting 11, Danny Simpson is definitely the worst technically.

Is this the future of Leicester city, sitting back and defending a lead, against top 6 teams all the times.  If people are expecting anything other then top 12, you can forget it

Oh stop mimicking the media... Arsenal should've had a peno first half for a handball by Ndidi and you highlight that? Even stevens...It doesn't excuse the poor clearance from the corner and the total lack of marking.

Not convinced it was a penalty though. Either way mike dean should be seeing that. The corner led to a goal that completely changed the game.

As for mimicking the media... it's a photo nicked off twitter ?
