Gutted. It was almost 3 points in hand. We have had bad record against Arsenal. But this is a strong showing from Shakespeare and the King (power)'s men.

I honestly thought James looked off the pace first half and had a better second half. Covering space was what James did well. And it made a massive difference. It's a waste of breath on here, but look what happened to us when the space WASNT covered anymore. We got put under ever more pressure, and pressure leads to conceding goals.

I go to bed feeling very peeved knowing that we just lost a game we should have not lost.

The ball was coming straight back at us, Vardy was knackered and completely isolated so bringing a striker on made sense especially as James was bollocksed as well.

 

The players switching off cost us the game, not Shakey. There were three Arsenal players unmarked for Ramsey's goal. Maguire was fouled for Giroud's and obviously it was handball for the corner.

 

James is probably 5th choice in midfield and we desperately miss Huth so I don't think we can be too negative despite how heart wrenching that game was.

 

 

I think Iborra would have been perfect for this game as well, which is why these injuries are so frustrating.

That said, very frustrated, very!

 

I thought we played really well, we deserved the draw at the very least, deserved the win really, too many defensive errors though and when I say Arsenal were very poor yet they've scored 4 goals say alot about our defensive errors.

 

Lots of positives to take out of it and whilst i'm mightly frustrated i'm not that annoyed.

 

Arsenal are just one of those annoying clubs that get all the luck against us.

We're all gutted but a lot of over reaction and a sense of people waiting for CS to fail.

 

Perhaps when the dust has settled we'll realise that there was a lot to be optimistic about from that performance.

Plenty of positives for me, we always lose to Arsenal and need to look at how we're dealing with set pieces. Vary looks red hot though. Won't lose any sleep over this one.

Wrong subs at the wrong time Okazaki off for Iheanacho first then take Vardy off for a midfielder near the end would have been better. Mahrez should have been taken off for Gray as well decent performance though so let's hope shakey learns quickly.
