I think you'll find the major contributor to earning the penalty/goal was Vardy not gray ?

? It was both.

No point in undermining Gray's role. He put Azpi well under pressure and Vardy finished the job.

Just think if the deal had gone through, he still wouldn't get game time for 8 weeks seems shakey now has a love affair with king

Now look what you've started ...    :)

I'm nearly at the point of begging FIFA for the approval, I've had enough of watching central midfielders what either over run a ball because they have naff all control ability or appear to be constantly stretching for pass.

It couldn't be anymore exposed today with the master at the helm of Chelsea

I just felt that in actually winning the penalty and then scoring the penalty Vardy maybe deserved a mention??

Can't we just put Andy kings shirt on him and play him? Will anyone notice? I won't tell the fa if you don't....

When he actually looks like a Premier League footballer it'll give the game away immediately!

I would have thought that as the FA and the SFA are entirely different and separate Associations under UEFA and hence FIFA that any transfer would require FIFA approval as it would also be an international move.

Again:

Guidetti was loaned  to Celtic. No transfer took place.

Quite but I'm fairly sure even loans require approval.

It's a transfer loan. The transfer merely refers to playing for a different club, not a wholesale change of contract. Hence sometimes people say "permanent transfer" to describe the thing that you are merely calling a transfer.

He was only putting pressure on because he just gave the ball easily. So yeah we can give him credit for being on the pitch at the time VARDY won the penalty.

Today has highlighted the need for this guy to be on the pitch! We need him more than ever. Thanks FIFA, you corrupt, lying, two face, full kit w******, full catheter wearing old farts, dodgy smelling idiots for ruining our start to the season. I hope you're proud of yourself!

I feel loads better now! Haha.

Of course we can't do that! When the FA watch someone playing really well they'll see straight through the fact it can't be Andy King!

:P

I bloody hope this guy is something special

Cos if he ain't, he's going to love reading some of these posts

As for the Andy King jibes

He has his good moments to, he's the clubs longest playing servant, our most capped international, ( I think ) and stuck with us through thick and thin.

Seems you get FA for loyalty on FT................ He's not great to be fair but he's not s - - t either  :geek:

Celtics extension was granted by the SPFL, our extension had to be

granted by FIFA, because Silva was an international transfer.

I don't know who, in the end, waved the Guidetti loan through.

The SPFL, the SFA, FIFA???

My guess would be, that the people who had the  power to

grant an extension of the deadline, also had the power to

accept a belated application.

The fact, that in the Guidetti case the Scottish Professional

Football League was responsible for the extension of the

deadline and not FIFA, shows that both cases are not really

comparable.

Different circumstances (loan move from England to Scotland/

international transfer from Portugal to England),different sets of rules,

different jurisdictions.

England to Scotland not international? Loads of Scotsmen probably beg to differ. lol

Thanks for the clarification.

Turn a blind eye to: siphoning off billions of dollars, human rights abuses, funding/propping up dictators, selling world's biggest sporting event to highest bidder.

Crack down on: sumbitting paperwork late by 14 seconds.

FIFA: For the good of the game.

Wrong - Scotland to England or vice versa is an international move because it's a question of governing bodies in football, not nation states. Going to the extreme - If Yorkshire clubs for some reason broke away from the FA and formed their own governing body, then signing players from Leeds would require international approval. So FA to SFA is an international transfer, it requires international clearance just like Portugal to England.

as for loan vs transfer, makes no difference: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/19536190 loan from FA to FAW needed international clearance from Fifa.

So Silva isn't even allowed to train with Leicester until January according to the Merc.

What a farce this situation is. FIFA really do suck.

It really is so unfair on the player. Just to show they are the big dogs who answer to nobody they are taking a footballers livelihood away. Isn't the point of FIFA to uphold the values of the game etc (LOL). Surely in that remit is looking out for the players who make them all their ****ing money.
