Why should he commit an offence and then not get coverage? There's been far too many people, in power, who have had stuff covered up over the years.

In his position he shouldn't have done it. Even more so when there's people like me and you that can't go out to see people we want to see. People haven't seen their families in weeks, and in some cases people haven't even had chance to say bye to people before they died.

One rule for them and another for us like usual. Fvck him.

Technically he hasn't committed any offence, he may have breached the rules but he hasn't as such broke them. Durham police have confirmed they won't seek further action.

I am not defending him and whether he did breach the rules, I am disputing the volume of coverage about this topic and the wall to wall coverage over this. My concern is not about Dominic Cummings but rather when the situation of the lockdown will be eased and questions about the virus and it's to myself or individuals and families.

Breached, broke? Difference? If I drove to Durham then I'd get a fine, you know it.

We will agree to disagree.

Despite not liking either club, the only derby I'm arsed about actually sitting and watching in the Premier League is the North London derby which is more entertaining than the rest combined 99% of the time.

Agreed. I think it has helped that for ten years or so they've been pretty much next to each other in the league so the teams are fairly even. 3-2, 3-3, 4-2, 5-2 games, comebacks etc all make it entertaining and I'm sure the head-to-head split in that time is close.

And it is their biggest game of the season for those two. Liverpool v Man United is the biggest for both of those rather than the Merseyside or Manchester derbies, the North East derby was usually two struggling teams and other spicy games like the South Coast or Black Country aren't played enough.

It does justify the hype.

I don’t think Al Pacino is a particularly good actor.  Regardless of the character he’s playing, all he does is start talking normally then get loader and angrier. Or shout hooha.

You sir, are out of order!

Derby games have been thoroughly over hyped and killed by TV companies for me.

People that use a feature they have as a personality trait, for example fat girls (mainly on Instagram) are mildly irritating. You see all these female models on Instagram, fair enough, if got no interest in following their lives, but what I don’t get is the fat girls on Instagram that seem to inspire other girls just through being fat. I get the whole yeah it’s good to make social media not inclusive just to one body type but I find it all so patronising. You’ll get a fat girl, not much of a looker, put a picture up in a bikini, with her belly out (and I’m not just saying a bit of chub I’m saying full on obesity) and there’s just loads of other girls commenting “oh wow so beautiful.” I’m just thinking, what’s going on here? This girls a disgrace and in need of a run but all these other girls are just patronising her. The whole point I’m making is it’s inspiring and amazing for a girl to be confident about her lard arse, but if a bloke get his beer belly out, he’s just a fat b*stard.

They're not fat. They're body positive and proud.

Our little girl is called Aiva, Ava just looked too basic lol

I stumbled on a website that gives alternative spelling to loads of names.

Don't these parents think first?  The child will go through their whole life saying something like,'No, you dont spell it like that, it's got an X in it and ends in EE instead of Y.

Both the World Cup and the European Championships would benefit from having fewer teams competing, and expansion will ruin both tournaments.

There aren't 32 teams good enough to hold their own at a World Cup finals, so 48 is absolute insanity. 24 is about right. The European Championships were better with just the 16 teams as well.

Couldn’t agree more about the Euros.Less is more.Having 6 groups of 4 with a potential 3 going through just encourages draws and dour football.A whole lot of unnecessary tripe just to eliminate 8 teams.Which is why I love the current World Cup format.I think their is enough quality to have it at 32 teams. It fits perfectly into a 5 week period. As ever though, some numpty wants to ruin it.

I know its important to have each continent represented but there's too much representation from North America, Africa and Asia as it is. The top 2 or 3 from each is fine but you are getting into filler area when you see some of the dross that qualify beyond that.
