He's more a second striker/attacking midfielder. Quite technical but with a high work rate. Tevez-ish

So an Okazaki replacement on 60 minutes?

Probably the best time of year to introduce players, ease the load on first team players to prevent fatigue over a busy period whilst opposition teams are weaker/injury hit too.

I think a championship team is the next step for him. He isn't as good as iheanacho from what I've seen. They actually played together in an U23 game earlier in the season and Iheanacho was a class above every player on the pitch.

Not qute sure whcih game you are referring to but I have never seen Iheanacho stand out in any game he has played, whereas Thomas has consistently been one of the best players on view whenever I have watched the streams...?!?

Both still at a young age and Iheanacho currently has the greater expereience of playing at a higher level and im no doubting he MIGHT be the better player but....purely based on the evidence seen in an LCFC shirt, Thomas would get my vote playing in a CAM role.

Definitely in the game against West Ham. Surprised you don't remember. Thomas is good but nowhere near the quality of Iheanacho and I think there's only about 6 months difference in their ages.

I watched that one at the stadium and I have to disagree. Ihenacho did well but didn’t stand out. Thomas, Eppiah and, of course, Iborra were my picks in that particular game.

Funny how we all see things differently isn’t it?

It's not about who is the better player but who will be better in our team and our formation and playing with Vardy.

Nacho looks completely out of place every time he comes on, it doesn't mean he is a bad player but he could end up being another Inler. A good player just not for Leicester.

I agree, I think he deserves a chance on the bench.  Palace at home is probably the best option from the next few fixtures.  Hopefully he can feature in the Man City cup game as well.

I'm glad we now have a manager who has a record of promoting youth.

Some of whom may turn out to be great academy developments and could be eventually able to be in the first-team regularly at some point, saving money on further potential recruitment messes that have happened before to no effect (i.e. Musa certainly, and also maybe Amartey and Iheanacho too if they don't start to improve).

Everything seems to be coming up roses with this latest crop of U23s. We need to continue purchasing for and developing that bunch, especially if we think (as I do) that we could be looking at 2-3 seasons of Puel.
