Can see us going elsewhere and then when the fresh approach fails miserably and sadly it reminds us all what our recent history with managers, we will all be calling to have Pearson back hopefully with Shakespeare and Walsh in tow.

It should never have come to this but unless a clear standout candidate emerges I'd have him back no problem.

I note some saying it would be a backwards apppointment. Heres one for ye. In his 2 seperate appointments Leicester always finished better off or higher in the league than the previous season.

I've got a second division Belgium team to support now. I know one of their players and can nearly pronounce the name of their rival. Must you ruin my fun?

Yup there are another 19 teams, you can support....

Huh? I don't understand this comment?

Don't get me wrong, I'm a massive Pearson fan. I will always have great memories from all he did for the club. I still like the bloke now, however we need to move on, find a new direction now. The old guard have now more or less gone, so it's time for a fresh approach now and bring back the stability that Pearson brought in his time here.

The club itself is different from when Pearson was last here. If he did come back there wouldn't be any Shakey or Walsh so he'll have to build a new backroom staff and would it be as good as when he was last here?

I'm sorry but I've flicked through pages of threads and I don't see our biggest hero mentioned once in a thread title. Shame on you all.

Let's not muck about anymore....

This man is LCFC through and through. On a molecular level something just works with him and us. I always felt calmed seeing him strutting the touchline with his ice whites and slow head movements and arms crossed watching the ball and players move.

Tunnel Cam was basically Nigel patrolling the KP corridors putting anybody in sight (our players, opposition players and coaches) in what looked on the surface like a friendly head lock. They always lasted just a few seconds too long on occasions though... I miss that.

His razor sharp hair cut was dazzling in full HD on MOTD with colour tones that would test the best Sony Bravia on the market.

This thread is not a joke. I have this over whelming feeling he's the right choice and he'd finish the business he started.

Come home Nigel.

Finally someone talking sense.

I'd love him to come back, purely because the players who want him back would get dropped for underperformance and Pearson would rebuild the team as a unit (for the third time).

He didn't give a **** who you were, our Nige.

And the best thing about it, is that he would take the job on if asked, despite twice being sacked. The man has massive bollocks.

Get a grip. The man Is no where near good enough and has a slate loose.

Just get over him and move on. It's quite pathetic this pearson love in.

Dyche is a poor man's Pearson. Finished below us when we won the league, couldn't keep Burnley up 1st time which Nige did for us. Yet people want him in as a fairly popular choice in comparison to some of the other names. Why do people think Pearson would be going backwards? We wouldn't sign Hobbs, Fryatt and Oakley in January! He improves every element of the club in both his spells, and the same people had the same problems with him coming back the first time!

So in short, come home Nigel!

I'd love him back but the owners would never offer him the City job after he's been at Leuven for like 2 weeks, it's much harder to find a manager of Nige's calibre willing to go to Leuven than it is with us.

Want him here dishing out wallops, you can tell he hates that UVPC window salesman Dyche as much as I hate him which is basically no. 1 on the essential criteria for the person spec. Bloke. Gerrimin. Like and subscribe.
