Lovely win.

Rode our luck at times, though. First 38 minutes were forgettable, and so were some parts of the second half.

In spite of all the dominance after the break, we just couldn't find that second goal soon enough. Need to do better in terms of conversion rate, we're a bit wasteful up front.

And Mahrez was somewhat off - I barely noticed him up until late into the game.

 

Glad we could score the decisive second goal that late.

Watford piled on some pressure when they brought Gray on to complement Deeney up front.

Other than that, all that remains is plenty of niggling fouls by the visitors, should've seen a couple of yellows. Kudos to the referee for letting the game play on, though.

 

Maguire, Okazaki and Vardy were massive. Maguire was a joy to watch, Okazaki with immense workrates.

Albrighton and James grew more into it as the game progressed.

Maguire and Dragovic work well together.

 

Mightily impressed by Chilwell's maturity today, very composed, never any rash decisions or fouls. Linked up well with Okazaki and Vardy.

 

And Silva's run for Mahrez' goal. Take a bow.

Drago / Maguire looks like a very good partnership doesn't it? I'm a huge Wes fan but he's surely got a big task getting back into the starting XI. Those two seem to have a natural understanding.

Another great win without ever really getting out of 2nd gear.

Another clean sheet and the back 4 looking better and better all the time, can't see Simpson, Huth, Morgan, Fuchs getting in again without injuries.

Ndidi a beast in the middle.

Vardy starting to look very tired, maybe needs a week off.

Upto 7th Coy Foxes!!

Scrappy first half but as soon as we went ahead seemed like Watford, not that they have up, but were without a plan to overcome our much more purposeful second half. We got better as the game dragged on.

 

Fifth consecutive clean sheet for our sturdy-looking defence. Keep Dragovic in.
