I know  a few supporters who take the losses better.

Possible reasons?

-we know that we have experienced something amazing so it is now difficult to get too angry.

-whatever the results, it will never be that exciting again.

-we are very much a mid-table side now so a few losses here and there don't make much difference.

-or maybe it is the current manager, supporters are indifferent about him and the style of play, some are losing interest.

On the other hand people have now experienced the ultimate high and nothing football related will ever compete. At least in club football. So they don't get as angry because they don't care as much anymore, they are content.

....still feel the same after a defeat.!!!!!

Absolutely not happy for a few days, then can't wait for the next game.I remember a story that Martin O'neill will not speak to anyone for a few days after a defeat and I thought I was the only one, weird.

During a match and straight after I would say not really, ie, I feel similar.

Apart from that, yes they are easier to take considering we are 10th and, on the evidence of this season so far, we wont end up finishing much higher or lower.

As mentioned already, will probably care more when the cups competitions come along.

In 16/17 there were so, so many defeats that were really tough to take, obviously because of the insane highs of the 15/16 season. I can still be seriously ratty sometimes after a defeat, usually if it coincides with shite mental health! At the minute though, I'm relatively chilled as I really believe that Claude's long-term project will see us make huge strides as a club. Also, in the defeats we've had this season we haven't actually played that badly, aside from some obvious defensive issues, which we at least now have enough personnel to start fixing.

People need to lower their expectations and realise we're just an average mid table side (or one of the "best of the rest" shite or whatever it is), that's all.

In a way it's more frustrating because it feels like we've wasted most of the potential after the 15/16 season. But I am more at peace with LCFC than ever, I don't even hate Peter Taylor anymore. Maybe that's age, too.

I remember a Forest fan at work said to me after the Title win that it wouldn't last,my reply was that I couldn't care less if we never won again I've seen us do something in my lifetime that I never dreamed possible.

I remember a Leeds fan saying to me when we were bottom three in 16/17 that "winning the league was the worst thing that could've happened to you really" lol

On the other end of the spectrum it was 4th May 2008 that made me see a bit of perspective when it came to football. When you've experienced the lowest moment in the club's history, losing a winnable Championship game didn't evoke the anger it previously had.

I’ll be angry until the Arsenal game and when we inevitably lose that I’ll be angry until the West Ham game.

Coming on foxestalk doesn’t seem to help my mood either surprisingly ?

For me the great escape season was so intense with massive emotions at both spectrums that I could cope with any outcome.

Winning the league changed that. I was given the ultimate high and I'm still coming down.

I love this game and I love my Leicester so I'll always have a massive interest.

The losses are just as disappointing as they always have been.

I just still can't believe we actually won it. You'd think it would have sunk in by now but it still seems more surreal than ever.

The big difference for me now (living down south) is that supporters of other teams don't take the piss as much after we lose. It's as if there's now an underlying respect from other supporters for what we did and people still enjoy talking to me about how incredible our title win was for them!

Just last week I was chatting to a Norwich and a West Ham fan separately and they were glowing in their recognition of our title win. Telling me how the whole country (apart from Spurs fans) were behind us and wanted us to win it. No one can ever take that away and our title win gave joy to millions of football fans around the world.

Yes the defeats still hurt for a few hours after but after watching nearly 40 years of mediocrity, I'll be basking in the glory of our PL win for the rest of my days.

However bad it sometimes feels, we're one of only six teams to ever win the PL so I'll die a happy Leicester fan whatever happens from now on...

I don’t care anymore.

I still don’t like losing but now I’d just shrug my shoulders and forget about it.

It used to be a weekend ruiner, MOTD or Football League show swerved, hide from Facebook, wouldn’t buy a paper to read at work for a couple of days. RL was a definite no no. My family (grandma included ?) knew not to ask me about the game if we’d lost

Have you not read the post match thread?

Tears, Tantrums, cat kicking and foot stomping.

And that's just me.

People still care.

That my friend,is my thoughts in a nutshell, including the experience with fans from other clubs...

I will remember that time, both those 2 seasons ..2 Christmases on the trot for a 62yr old.

I tried desperately to get back home for the last game and the street and  Victoria park parade...

I felt I had earnt it...but just couldn't find any flight with timing I could afford...couldn't even reach

Friends or cousins that weekend...to celebrate .  That hurt ,it really did...so many years ,it would be arrogant

to say redemption...I just don't believe any word has been created for the feelings of many an older fan!!!

For years most Leicester fans could only dream of being an average mid table premier league side. Let alone one with a PL title.

Winning the league doesn’t make losing to Everton, Man U and Liverpool easier to take, the fact we give them a good game and are even playing them regularly is beyond the expectations of 10 years ago. We should be proud of where we are.

People’s perspectives have been seriously blown by the title win. I’ve never been mad at loss to a top ten premier league club.

Disappointment maybe if we’ve blown a decent chance or conceded late.

Yes I still get the arse if we don`t win,(ask the wife) nobody talks to me cus I bite their head off but having said that if he keeps picking Morgan then we are never gunna win a game as he`s just not good enough at this level, don`t sign 3 cb`s in the summer and don't play them..

Yeah it still does annoy me.

I like to think myself as a realistic Leicester fan. I don’t expect top six but you bet I was gutted when we lost at Turf Moor last season and the Cup Quarters.

I had a taste of watching my team in Europe. It was incredible. 7th is a realistic goal and that’s a good percentage chance of playing in Europe.

But if we lose im not really that worried it lasts for days because I’m fairly sure we will be safe from relegation.

A loss is a loss always hard to take. But since the title some think we should win every game. That fvck's me off and makes it harder.

End of the day we are leicester

Not Chelsea man City or utd. Some need to grow up and get real.
