You can still get hurt without any contact from the other player.

Good point.   Sorry for the delay but I was just rolling round on the floor for a bit ...   no one had touched me, just having a quick roll.

That was a clear red, two footed out of control. He may have got the ball and not Iheanacho but he was out of control.

Iheanacho's reaction on the other hand was embarrassing. Absolutely no need to milk it like that

I think i would need to see it again, to me it really didn't look that bad especially with him getting the ball & Nacho's reaction on twitter. But watching on a stream with lag etc its really hard to make a uniformed judgement.

The reaction from Nacho was a joke and its more this that i would like to see 'stamped out' (no pun intended.)

What was it with people gesturing at Watford fans today?

After the touch of class with the banner you think you’d give it a break.

i for one don’t mind getting involved with some of the banter but there’s a time to have respect sometimes

I too thought it an un-Puel like performance, in that it wasn't his usual possession based preference, but I am in no way critical. I'm interested. I just want to know if it was planned and intended (if so, why*) or forced upon us by Watford's tactics because - in some respects - we were out Pueled!

* tactical for this game only? Or perhaps he is changing tack?

I'll watch the Fulham game with added interest.

Good evening dr doom can’t you just enjoy the day without Puel out undertones

What did I say about Puel....so the team can't do better?   Players can't improve etc etc.......look I'm not anti or for Puel, I give my opinion, and majority of this season, Puel has made some shitty decisions and the team could do better.  That's not anti, that is my opinion.

Im a Leicester fan, not Puel or any other manager, just or be clear.

Seems to be a common theme - not played too badly cannot score and think that is the 4th time in 4 years you've got a penalty against us at the King Power!

Oh well - fair play to you guys.

And glad the banner went done well.

Very well mate ...   respect.

Very original, it's funny how some forum.members have taken the positives as a way of understanding how we can better ourselves, rather then some vitrial about some manager.

Bit negative given what I actually posted, lots to work on with the performance which was poor, another day we'd have lost, but important to get the win and can be the springboard to overall improvement.

Yes you're right, I probably picked on your post unnecessarily, and for that I apologise.

But I am sick of the 'Puel Out' brigade constantly calling for him to go. I personally have faith in what he's trying to do and I'm prepared to give him time.

No I'm not entertained all the time, but I'm happy with where we are, and where we are hopefully going.

Hi Doc !! ...       Can you p1ss off and do a bit of moderating then perhaps we could have the politics thread back ...   :D

Good game, far from amazing, great or spectacular but a full performance and result, what seemed a relatively easy victory!

Instead of passing the ball to death and doing nothing with it we actually had meaningful possession and did something with the ball whilst in possession.

Credit where credit is due.

As for the title of this thread and some of the comments in this thread, the Puel appologists are becoming a parody of themselves.

I like to watch Watford and was very happy when you guys were doing so bloody well at the start of this season.

I assume you watched the game? What were your thoughts on the peno.. my bias opinion was it was indeed a penalty, but our Jamie did make a meal of it :P

Great game though and after the full 90 mins could have been a different result, had Deeney played the full 90.. Was he coming back from injury?

I didn't realise, but from what the commentator was saying you have never won at the KP?

Vardy definitely made the most of it I think. Decent game, had a good chat with some Hornets fans before and after.

Extra bonus was bumping into Gazza (and he bopped me on the head when I couldn't get my camera to work to take a snap of him and my son)!

I'm too 'handsy' to moderate, there will be cases against me unfortunately.

Which player doesn't go down to make sure they win a penalty!? - cannot really complain as it was rash from Foster.

Think we won 1-0 with a late Danny Webber goal in about 2004 and 2013 we won 1-2 about 2 weeks before the season ended with a stunner from Chalobah.

They probably meant in the Premier league of course that seems to be all that matters with stats these days....

Deeney isn't actually that great thesedays - naturally a bit slow and bigger but then we did spend 17 million on Gray so basically we are very limited up front.

Seems we are appealing the Capoue red card..

With City and Everton next need all the help we can get...

Just very frustrating as it looks like being the same old story - again we'll probably be fine but one season we won't.

And I bet Gracia is gone by this time next year despite the new contract...

Good win today. We decided to play our good half in the first 45 minutes rather than the second today.

Yes that was a pleasant surprise and the 1st goal allowed us to press on

...then the brilliant 2nd, from open play too.

I felt that if Watford had worn  their shooting boots they may have evened things up but you take your luck where you can.

I think you are right, they must have ment the PL which tbh is when football apparently started.. Bore off.

Regarding the Capoue sending off, i personally didnt think it was a red, but like i said to another poster i'd like to see it again as stream wasnt THAT clear. I know when it happened my 1st thought was 'thats not a red'. But then again i remember when Vardy got his red earlier in the season and albeit controversial, we never appealed as it was a 2 footed challenge.
