Whoever suggest Dyche is an idiot, such a backwards step for us and not the type of manager to attract the type of players we want. We need someone to continue the development made from Puel with the youth players and just get their confidence up to be more clinical.

Backwards step from one win this calendar year?

 

Who ever takes on this squad (it prob will be Rodgers BTW) will have to continue the work with youth, but will also need to add guile, passion and maybe a couple of experienced heads.  Dyche would have been able to do that easily.  It won't be him though.

There is word that Brendan is not getting on with the board at Celtic but it would be a huge step to walk out on another title and cup. 

 

Managers generally don’t walk out on jobs ...... unless they are for the top ones which may not come around again.   It makes it difficult to ask a player for loyalty if you haven’t shown it yourself ..........

I know bielsa is doing well at Leeds but in general, you need to be able to get your message over quickly to be successful
