Can't see Nelson being available as he'll likely be part of the Arsenal first team this season. Brekalo did look good, though so did Gray in this tournament, so it's not always the best barometer of how good a player is. (Though with Gray it might be more of a mental thing as to why he doesn't play as well for us as he does for the U21s).

We do need another wide forward but I think if we are going to buy one I feel like we should go for someone who is a bit more proven in terms of banging in the goals and assists, ideally 10 goals / 10 assists a season level. Brekalo had 5 goals, 3 assists last season for Wolfsburg which is good for his age and you can see that number increasing, but I'd say he's only marginally ahead of Barnes and Gray in terms of his immediate talent. Since Mahrez left we are far too reliant on Vardy for goals and we need other players to step up and support him in the way Riyad did.

But I certainly wouldn't be disappointed if we signed either of those two players, they are both good.

The problem with Gray is everyone on here knows how much potential the lads has, truth be told that’s the only reason he’s still with us. He’s shown his potential in that tournament I just hope he can carry it into the season for us.

Should put a bid in for Moise Kean the absolute ideal vardy replacement and extremely young I think 29.

Scored 6 goals in 13 games Serie A

Fantastic numbers for such a young talent.

25 Million should do it

How is he signable for a club like ours? Juventus won't want to sell him, he is their only out and out striker. If he were to leave it would be for more than £25m as well. I would absolutely love him here but I would find it staggering if he were to be allowed to leave.

Now that the wheels have come off at nufc ..... we should buy rondon

Fast feet

Proven pl cf.   A useful club to have in our bag.

Too old for us now.

Perez would be a good signing if we could get him.

Lol I dont know if we would get him but any player at that age has the possibility of signing especially if seen as using us as a stepping stone with guaranteed football based on performance in the best league in the world

Who would he be stepping to? He already plays for a top European club, getting modest playing time. He would gain nothing moving to us.

Dani olmo looking good in the u21 euros and Spain have been better since he has been in the team. Think we have previously been linked

He's also at a club that would be open to selling

I’d say that’s Zaniolo but I agree that we have no chance with Kean

There's a fair few to be fair coming through that look unreal, not to mention Chiesa, Barella and Pellegrini. That Tonali looks a beast an'all.

Tonali is a monster on FM, proper wonderkid - along with our very own Ben Chilwell and Harvey Barnes. (And FM also claims Callum Wright is another!)

What do we think about Divock Origi? One year left on his contract, scored some crucial goals for Liverpool off the bench and supposedly Real Betis are "considering" a £10m bid. Anything around that fee and he could be a good option off the bench imo.

Not a bad shout, but 10m sounds low to me.  He'd be a starter on probably 12-14 sides in the PL.

woukd be a good signing Evan as a sub

I would have him if the price is right. Anything over £20m then it’s a no from me considering he’s 29 now.

I think he will stay at Liverpool this season considering how he finished the season. I heard that Liverpool have informed him, that if he has a season similar to how he finished the season then he will get a contract extension.

We should try get Rhian Brewster. Perfect understudy for Vardy.
