He played in the Champions League at the age of 16, won the Belgian League twice and was voted Belgian player of the year in 2017.  Tielemans was rated as one of the brightest prospects in Europe long before he came here.

I know he has played for Poland, but I don't think our little cabbage has quite the same CV or ever been rated anywhere remotely close to Tielemans.

If we are to break our transfer record then I suspect the club would want it announced with bells and whistles and the player present ....

I like him to come here but I'm not sure it the end of the world, if he doesn't. 

 

Jonathan Greening won the Champions League, Roman Wallner played in the Champions league at 16, as have many others it means little.

It seems that you are disputing whether YT is/was regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Europe.  OK, well I've tried a couple of times but if you won't take my word for it, just do your own research,  it's easy to find, it's kind of well known.
