We are more and more looking like the only serious challengers at the moment. Ok we win still 8 points lose and it’s 11 behind but Mcfc 14 points behind. I am sure that Rodgers has learnt the lesson from old Trafford that setting up with a defensive formation is not the way to go. Attack them and they are vunerable. As much as you hate it when it’s one of your players getting hacked down, when a player burst through like that, someone has got to take one for the team. I’d Be livid if I were a Burnley fan that someone hasn’t put him on his backside when he’s on the half way line. Take the yellow and move on. The guy's never had a difficult job so how can you really know how good he is? Think it's fair to say he's the best coach in the world but manager? Nope. How could you not see the desperate need for a centre back. That was before Kompany went. Moaned about not having enough money but then he went and signed João Cancelo when he already had decent back up at right back. I've really started to appreciate how amazing Fergie was now. You have to constantly refresh the cycle every 3-5 years to stay competitive so to do that for 20 years is incredible.
