moore_94 Posted 22 September 2022 Posted 22 September 2022 (edited) Luxembourgs 1st goal was exactly like I expect we would concede Long ball from Luxembourgs keeper in behind, goalkeeper and left back with a shocker defending it A shame he slowed up for just a second running back thinking they would get it (they should), had to try and throw himself in the way of the shot and went into the post, thankfully got up fine and carried on playing Edited 22 September 2022 by moore_94

You could see Under glance at Cags afterwards, a knowing look that told a story of the unjust pain of both of them being shunned by Pep Brendiola. 1 1

Did they reveal a message on their shirts?
moore_94 Posted 22 September 2022 Posted 22 September 2022 Turkey are just the international version of us Defensive mistakes costing them big time 1st goal 2nd goal 1 1

And Under had B and R. But it turns out FUBR is QAnon terminology for an insurrection and now they've been detained by NATO. Good match otherwise.

taupe Posted 23 September 2022 Posted 23 September 2022 Yep, fair clunked the goal post. That's going to hurt. He's quick isn't he? A bit slow off the mark to see the danger but it was a valiant effort to stop the goal.
KrefelderFox666 Posted 23 September 2022 Posted 23 September 2022 I don't think he was to blame for either of the goals. His defensive team mates on the other hand...

He was horrendous for them in the last European Championships. But, as with every player, because he doesn't play for us atm he's suddenly the answer to our problems. 1

Play to his strengths, play to the strengths of the majority of our players and I’m sure there would be an upturn. But nah, it’s not in this new found philosophy or the way to play football is it.
