don_danbury Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 brendan needs to tell them to stop passing to southampton players.

lozzyblue fox Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Dont look like the players like being second. Not played well at home for a while. 1

Guest Kopfkino Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 We should be out of the game. Absolutely dire beyond belief, need a proper bollocking at half time cos even tiredness isn't an excuse for that
kristianity77 Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 We've got too many players at the minute who need to give their heads a wobble. Or better still, need dropping because they are absolutely bang out of form. Tielemens dropped so I can understand that. Chilwell is dire at the minute also, Barnes hasn't had a good game in God knows how long either. You can carry one player who is having an off day, but we seem to have 2 or 3 each game who stand out like sore thumbs and it disrupts everyrhing 1
Spicer Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 I think the biggest thing is missing Ndidi. Choudary is far less effective defensively 3 1
sishades Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Absolute shite....terrible all over the pitch. I dont know what has happened but our form has jumped off a cliff. We hardly crossed the half way line as Saints should be 3-1 up. Awful.
Legend_in_blue Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Chilwell is at fault for 1) their goal and 2) multiple efforts on goal since tbf. 1 1 1
Mark Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Lucky to still be 1-1 Pérez so weak and easily dispossessed. Wouldn't surprise if Rodgers gave up on 4141 now due to awful options out wide.
MC Prussian Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 (edited) Barnes - inexistent Maddison - inexistent Praet - one goal, great. Other than that, inexistent. Perez - inexistent (one touch and that is all) Chilwell - sketchy at best, the amount of times he's given the ball away so far. Söyüncü - that defending today... Choudhury not making his presence felt. So many players not in the game. Utterly frustrating. No one wants the ball in midfield, and our fullbacks can't move forward. No wonder Vardy isn't getting any service. Drying out up front. Hasenhüttl outsmarting Rodgers here. Just change it around. You have to do better than this. A lot better. TMELcfc Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 It feels like we are surprised they are up for this? They’ve also found some form lately... we are so poor at home at the minute, look lost for ideas. And one thing they seriously need to stop doing... giving ward prowse the chance to deliver free kicks in. Given away so many stupid fouls. We look like the side at the bottom not Southampton. 1
Mickey O'Neil Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 I think we’ll clear the air at half time. They were always going to let the other game spur them on for this game. Back to basics for us 2nd half.
oxtonfox Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 We are showing a real lack of confidence, sides have worked us out, we are beginning to look very fragile defensively and we have no Wilf. All these points are related to a degree but I just don't understand how a team can go from playing great to playing like this

Bazly Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Just now, Spicer said: I think the biggest thing is missing Ndidi. Choudary is far less effective defensively Probably because he cannot tackle. Foul yes, but tackle no.
Vacamion Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Sadly, even Ricardo was ineffective that half. Run and goal incoming second half. 1
dylanlegend Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Too much hype, giving the players and managers new contracts, how do you think all the players that didn’t get pay rises felt? No wonder many clubs have a policy of only discussing new contracts at the end of the season. Seem to have lost all fight 1
Chester Dontlie Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 I think we might not score 8 goals in the second half...
st albans fox Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 Soton were 8/1 with both teams scoring .... was so tempted .... missed an easy pay day there
NaijaFox Posted 11 January 2020 Posted 11 January 2020 HORROR SHOW thus far! We could easily have been down by 2 or 3 goals. I don’t recall our even having a corner-kick thus far.
