NETFLIX RECOMMENDATIONS: stuff to watch

Recommended Posts

Post Mortem: No one Dies in Skarnes

Found this Norwegian series on Netflix and absolutely love it.

Police find a dead woman in a field.  At the coroners office, she suddenly wakes up and finds she now has a thirst for blood.
Dark comedy with horror elements.

Only 6 episodes.  Each about 45 minutes long.

If you watch it, do yourself a favor and watch it with subtitles!!

Dumb question, but can you watch shows from the States?

If you get a VPN you can access all Netflix shows released from across the world, so if you are in the States you would be able to log in to UK Netflix and watch whatever we have over here.

The Schumacher documentary.  Brilliant.

Echo that, just watched it.

Intriguing. Cant imagine what state he is in now, although Mich Schumacher stated he would love to talk to him now about motorsport  so obviously  it's a bad state.

I’m in the same boat.

I just don’t understand how they could have ruined all the characters.

The only one I actually feel sorry for, is the one who was assaulted on the bus.  The rest have turned into selfish little sh!ts

So disappointing.

Now watching the Schumacher documentary.  What a fantastic guy and a brilliant champion

Thought it was a good watch, always get a lump in my throat watching the Senna crash and aftermath. Growing up i hated schumacher as he dominated so much and got bored of F1, this doc has changed my opinion of him no doubt.

Still think the Senna film is the best F1 style film/doc ever produced.

The worst thing about that Senna crash is seeing his head slumped to one side when his car eventually comes to a stop. Knowing he's pretty much dead already and didn't stand a chance.

I watched that race live on TV. Gut wrenching and sickening to see it as it happened. I think most watching it play out knew it was going to be a fatal crash. Horrific.

Put down (I believe) to a mechanical failure in the braking system. Was there ever an inquiry?

Also let's remember Roland Ratzenberger who was killed in qualifying for the race.
