Thinking back to Stamford bridge in August, Pulisic tore Fuchs apart for the first fifteen minutes.  But we then managed to protect him by tweaking things and keeping the ball away from that area and their fitness levels dropped off etc etc. The game changed and CF was a different player second half ....

I wonder, if we rest chilly, we will see an intense start to the game if they have a quick right winger playing and they will look to repeat the trick. So far, games have been anything but intense so a difference would be stark

I always say we have fans and supporters.

The fans follow the team with an interest in the results, in accordance to your definition, but the supporters support the team and get behind them no matter what.

We seem to have a lot more "fans" than "supporters" lately, despite this shaping up to be our best league finish in living memory (bar 15/16, obviously)

..conversely, you could say that the "fan" expresses a more emotional commitment than the supporter!!!

If your attitude is "what will be, will be" then you are not so committed than the "fan" who dissect every result and weaknesses that the team portrays and seeks to bring attention so the perceived problem can be resolved.

I don’t know how I feel about the FA Cup this year. For years growing up I dreamed of winning it, thinking that is the best thing we ever had a chance of winning, plus Coventry wouldn’t have one up on us.

Unfortunately if we were to win it behind closed doors then I would be gutted, hence I’m not sure if I want us to win it.

Sure, that’s mad not wanting your team to win a trophy, but the thought of Leicester winning the cup and not being able to go and celebrate it would really taint it for me.

I’m still in two minds, either way we need to put in a performance today to show that we are not a team that falls apart under pressure like we have done a few times in recent seasons.

It'll be the worst capitulation ever and that is what people are entitled to moan about.

We were talking of being 13 pts clear of United after 2 games and that's now just 3 pts clear of Wolves.

If this trend continues, it's an embarrassing run of form however you decide to dress it up.

1. If we win our game in hand we are still 7 points clear of 5th (including an official point for goal difference) with 6 to play. Why moan about something that hasn't happened and probably won't happen?

2. What are you trying to achieve by whining other than creating a toxic, negative atmosphere on the board? Do you want the manager sacked? The formation changed? Are you moaning for moanings sake or does it have any purpose?

3. The worst capitulation ever? A tad dramatic don't you think? are we talking in Leicester's history? The history of sport or human history? Because if it's Leicester's history weren't we miles clear in the championship in Pearson's second stint and then need to beat forest on the last day to sneak the play offs. Or weren't we 3 nil up at half time against wolves at molineuex? Weren't the ice kings top of the league and end up finishing 5th or something? And if we are talking human history I think the french capitulation to the Nazis or the Americans leaving vietnam might edge it slightly!

This year's FA cup has been a bit shit (if I was a neutral). Would have loved Narch to win today. It's up to Us, Newcastle and Sheff Utd or it's going to be very dull indeed.

Not for the media, it won't. A London derby semi between Chelsea and Arsenal, with a Manchester derby in the other semi will be enough for them to wet themselves.

Lose on penalties is my prediction :( with either Vardy or Maddison to miss in the shootout.

We need some sort of control in midfield, I'd like to see Praet but it's unlikely he comes in after not playing for 3 months.

Kasper

Justin

Evans

Soyuncu

Chilwell

Ndidi

Praet

Tielemans

Perez

Vardy

Barnes

This is a must win, if only for the lads confidence.

It also means we’ve beaten the team we’re competing with for a top four place. Psychological kick this would give us would be amazing.

Well we'll have to make sure that doesn't happen.

Come on Leicester!!

As Boris would say

Win it, don't win it

Go for the Cup,protect champions league spot

Put out the reserves, go all out best team

Attack attack attack....play 11 behind the ball

I almost agree with the selection except I'd play Albrighton from the start instead of Perez.

We need to be on the front foot from the off and having Barnes and Albrighton working the wings will do that imho . They'll both need to be subbed in the second half..for Gray and Perez..but that would be my plan.

I’d play a midfield four of Mendy, Ndidi, Hamza and Wes. X

Good shout. James could come on for Wes if it doesn't work.

We’ve just gotta go for this with an attacking line up. Something like.....

                        Kasper

Justin Bennett Evans Soyuncu Chilwell

         Hamza Mendy Ndid Amartey

                       Big Wes

The old “quadruple pivot”. X

If he was manager we would lose 11-0 to a ten man Loughborough Town.

I think the selection is all about who is fit and rotation. Every game has the same importance at the Min for me, fighting on two fronts. I am hopeful longer term, the extra minutes will help our players get some sharpness, particularly in the final third. For me where we are lacking is creativity in that final part of the pitch. We are trying the right sort of things but a lack of match sharpness is hindering us. I am hopeful today will be the day where we start to click into one of those runs of form that has seen us so well in the last number of years.

To be fair if we go through we've got little chance to beating either Manchester team anyway.

A return to form of Tielemans and Maddison and we have a very good chance but first things first , blunt the Chelsea attack and scramble a late winner.

So I'm hoping and expecting to see a different sort of game today.

That's providing Chelsea don't score one or two early doors...

Teams know they can shut up shop against us and pack the box with 10 behind the ball - we struggle with that.

Both Chelsea and Leics though will attempt to impose their style of play - this will create space. Midfield duels with Vardy on the shoulder ready to run. Chilwell will want to impress - watch him charge down the left today! Vardy and Maddison will be double teamed and Justin will be swamped and targeted as a weak link... I'm hoping Perez and Barnes will get some space and Tielemans has the game of his life and we see that long range screamer finally that we know he's capable of.

I'm expecting extra time and to win on pens!

Maybe I’m mad but I’m feeling confident about this. I think we’ll get through to the final but drop out of the top 4.

Hopefully today the lads will be released of their shackles so to speak and can play more freely. Really need a sharp confidence boost and today could potentially provide that.

Don’t want extra time!
