What the Fook has happened to Jamie Vardy?

Recommended Posts

He was like a whippet against Villa last time we played in front of a packed stadium his runs were amazing his tenacity was on point but since the lockdown he seems to have lost his Mojo, So what’s happened to our talismatic little Goal scoring Gem ?

Does he feed off the crowd has he just paused on that elusive goal no 99 or is he nursing an injury or what, Heaven knows but we need to sort him out ASAP ?

Theres a huge over reaction to this. Its like people cant wait to say 'Vardys legs have gone' , 'Vardys finished'.

There is no doubt hes off form, theres no doubt hes not getting any service and theres no doubt he(and the team)need a kick up the a**.

However anyone whose watched the last few games will see its quite clear that there are much bigger problems than purely our striker. We are absolutely SHOCKING.

Just now, Vacamion said:

The nonchalance with which he hit that shot on the turn was worrying.

But anyone who has followed his career with us knows he scores in bursts.

Just needs to start another burst.

The chat about him being finished in the match thread is embarrassing, by the way.

Yeh I thought that shot spoke volumes about how he and the team appear at the moment.

TBF, he isn't the only one, not one Leicester player looks like they can be bothered.

I'm not defending him, because today, despite being isolated by Rodgers' terrible tactics once again, he was inexcusably bad.

But there is something rotten in the squad as not one of them can say they are putting in 100%. And it's sad how many times I have had to admit that as a Leicester fan in the past few seasons. Maybe it's just standard for professional footballers these days? It's probably me expecting too much to think they should try hard every game.

Exactly he still looks as fit as ever there’s no way he’s finished or lost it completely yet and I’d think he stain has a few years left in him, with the right service and right mind he could go on and score a lot more it’s just worrying seeing our little Super Strikers shoulders drop when normally he’s the one who kicks others up the Arse and agree the rest of the team need a dressing down we can play better we can turn games, time to sort this out Brendan keep us in third place !!

If only we had a world class midfielder who could give him some decent service, deano.

Cant blame him for the poor management and poor coaches that are currently at Leicester.

The Chairman needs to recruit triple the amount of attack coaches.

We look fantastic from Kaspeer upto the halfway line then we dont know what to do.

88mins on the clock and we are still passing it back instead of running at the defence.

Floating crosses in still after proving it hasnt worked since december.

Not trying the through pass as often.

Not looking for the over lap unless it's a long ball from inside out own half

He wasn’t playing well before the break - he’s not scored in any of his last 11 starts. If anything that Villa game (he was a sub) was an anomaly.

It’s definitely not all his fault. One of the encouraging things about today’s first half was how close Perez and Barnes were getting to him. That allowed us to press and also put us in positions to create chances (not that we did).

We’re not creating enough for him. But he can hardly complain when his touch has been so poor that he’s unable to bring anybody else into play.

Cab we play recordings of chants slagging his wife off at the King Power during games?

Well to be fair this is exactly what needs to be happening, I think we need to get a foxestalk mole in to the stadium, dressed up in the other teams kit, holding a sex doll with Rebecca’s face on it giving it a good go just to enrage him.
