This may come across as pedantry, but do you mean more  than “either” McNeill or Brooks? 

 

“Both” McNeill and Brooks might imply that Under’s stats were better than the others combined.

It’s really not complicated. Basically despite Brooke's' KP90 being under Unders, it was under it less that his SH90, which was considerably under Unders.
