They play any other way and they go straight to the championship. Not every side can try and play posession based football. However uneasy on the eye it is their style has worked remarkably well for a club of their size so I wouldn't knock it.

Brighton have changed their style successfully. Sean Dyche is an enemy of footbsll.

Plus points

-Timmy C looks mustard

-Ndidi can play where he wants

-Heads didn't drop after Burnley goal

-Barnes on the scoresheet

-Mendy stepping up

No so plus points

-JJ brushed off too easy

-Perez's goalhanging offside roulette game

-Keown pretending he enjoyed his Leicester time

-Tielemans needs a goal

-We're not winning

-My dinner

Good points nothing of interest though apart from what’s wrong with your dinner?

Playing well at the moment, just need to get an early 2nd and we’ll beat them 4-1

Despite the goal (Why have we left Woods vs Justin anyway) James Justin’s been really good.

Barnes can beat Bardsley all game and just needs to keep attacking him.

Think Burnley are so anti football it’s almost stereotypical. Fair finish by Wood though. I think we’re unfortunate as we’ve not been that bad and put Burnley under pressure.

Just need to be a bit quicker when in the right spots and bloody wish we had someone who could dominate headers for all the corners we have!

Wood certainly pushes Justin... doesn’t get mentioned lol

You wont hear Shearer complaining after a career of routinely elbowing defenders in the face and kicking Neil Lennon.

How is Justin getting stick here?!

He got bullied (literally) by a man mountain. That means he's soft and not cut for the PL. I wonder how Chilwell would have stood up against Wood in an aerial duel...

Praet, Barnes and Justin linking up really nicely on the left. Castagne looking great on the right too.

Perez looks useful linking play in the middle, but not much of a threat on the right.

Personally think Wood's goal was a handball, but whatever. All square and think we'll turn the screw second half.

So hope Barnes gets a goal.

This is the type of game I dread, when we are supposed clear favourites to win. They’ll sit very deep and hope to hit us ok the counter, or that Wood gets in the end of a cross (and he almost always scores against us). We need to be on it and get an early goal

Good call. Not quite Nostradamus class, we all knew what could happen.

Football would be rubbish with every team playing side to side posession football, waht make games interesting is contrasting styles. Leave out the football snobbery.

Brighton almost went down last season also and Burnley finished 10th so go figure.

He's decent but not quite the level we want to be at.

But what's he done wrong here? He's decent and considering he's the best option we have, plus his youth and lack of experience, he's doing very well.

Standard FT though. Get on a lads back cos he might not be world class.
