What's the point in playing with wing backs if you don't use them? The whole play has gone through the middle which is swamped with players. If we're going to play 3 ATB at home we need width and intricate play on the wings to break down defences, instead we pass it between our back 3 and 2 midfielders and inevitably give the ball away.

The problem is we've inflated their confidence and deflated our own. They look really sub par so for us to be losing 0-2 is poor. Need to have be going with a confident line up for this. Obviously that's hindsight but many did say it.

These boring predictable performances at home are why I wanted Puel gone, and why I went off Rodgers last season. We are so easy to play against at home. No-one ever looks that bothered/stressed against us.

I am genuinely at a loss as to what BR is doing with this set up and tactics. But in addition the players look like they have been drugged. No desire, no bite, no attacking intent. We could be joint top this evening with a win but that is looking unlikely.
