Its taken me a long time to reach the conclusion that the big money clubs really do get the "rub of the green". When we play these clubs we really have to bring our "A" game and then some. Did very well today and the past couple of matches have shown our level of energy keeps getting stronger. Especially from the start. Really starting to build now.

Because the ball was curling away from goal and likely going wide without the deflection

We were well overdue a draw in the league. Nearly went 20 league games without one.

 

Overall it was a fair result. We owe Utd a beating but good fighting qualities to salvage a draw.

Thought it was a really interesting discussion. They all concluded that we are an impressive club and doing things the right way but Scholes is still of the 'old fashioned' view that Arsenal are the better club to go to. That's the mentality we need to smash. A couple of years at Seagrave and we absolutely will be a bigger club than Arsenal.
