Jaspa Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 Simply put he's not getting the most out of his group of players. We all felt it was over a year ago when we lost in the Cup to Forest. Everything that's happened since then suggests we have huge money issues or contracts have been negotiated so poorly players don't actually want to play for us anymore and would prefer to see their contracts out and leave for free to higher rated Clubs. The axe should've fallen long ago. Our problems are currently far bigger than this manager.
pmcla26 Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 We were lucky in the first half. He got the change at half-time spot on, but once again this culture of the team having a soft underbelly ****s us over, and it’s happened too many times under Rodgers. Also, the Iheanacho sub wasn’t good. He offered no intensity in the press when he came on and as a result we just ended up dropping too deep and inviting pressure. He should have bought Vardy on instead.
Guest Kopfkino Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 I mean this is getting to Steve Kean levels of how the **** has he still got a job if he survives today. Completely and utterly bossed by a team also struggling, not won all year, not won at home for 6 months. They had 10x more shots than us ffs, in fact we had all of ours in a 10 minute period. Players looked absolutely lost
Popular Post orangecity23 Posted 1 April 2023 Popular Post Posted 1 April 2023 Yeah, but who could we get who would do a better job? Just look at Bournemouth, Southampton and Palace, they ended up with a promoted assistant manager, Gary O'Neil in his first managerial job and a 75 year old Roy Hodgson. You can see how much worse it could be if we changed, as when we played those teams we beat them easily.... oh wait... what's that? Lost to all 3 you say? Elite 10 million pound a year manager beaten by the bottom of the barrel selections from the managerial merry go round? Who could do a better job than Rodgers? Literally anyone. Or, in fact, getting in absolutely no-one, as Southampton proved. He's a negative presence, he needs removing as he's actively damaging this club every second he remains. Still, when we gets relegated, we'll have saved that 10 million pay off money, should neatly offset the massive loss of Premier League TV money. Incredible piece of club running, the world's first voluntary relegation. 10 1
Beachyboy Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 I can see us getting to 40 points even though that requires 5 wins from 10 when we only have 7 wins from 28 all season, but there's only one way it happens and that's a change of manager. 1
bluefox1 Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 If he is still in charge 2night or tomorrow, sorry to say boycott the villa game and hurt top. To me , both need to go as the club is a joke in how it's run. If we go down,we will not get back with this bunch clowns of players and staff. Club needs to be sold as top has no interest in it anymore.

Deluded, brainwashed fools. Glad fans are still pushing and showing that they actually care about the club though. It might be too late but he should of walked months ago.

Tommy Fresh Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 Just ****ing give anyone the job to get some kind of bounce and 4 wins, just by not being Rodgers

Mickyblueeyes Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 Top has to be shagging his sofa when we play - how else can he not see how bad it is. He’s confused by the euphoria. Rodgers should’ve gone months Top needs to go now - the fellas ****ing up everything his father left for his family. 1
Tuna Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 He should have been sacked after Brighton. It's a scandal that he is still in charge and presiding over relegation. 1
Tielemans63 Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 He's going to need his mates in the media to pull out all the stops this week. I'm sure we'll hear that 'He's not been properly backed in the' transfer market a few times this week.
Aesc Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 Maybe if we just all agree to act as if he has been sacked it will become reality?

lgfualol Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 He needs to go this evening. Clearly taking us down, ruining us financially and undoing years of work. Top can sell up and go as well if he isnt interested in the club anymore. 3
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 We have winnable games coming up. Arguably there has never been a better time for a change that should have happened well before it’s got to this.
jayfox26 Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 I don't fcking care how much it costs, I don't care who replaces him, just get that fecker out of our club. Literally put anyone in the world in charge right now and we won't be as bad as we are under Rodgers. Terrible result, even worse performance. How long can this go on? Is top expecting him to walk? Only way he does that is once he's relegated us as God forbid the genius manager that is Brendan Rodgers could lower himself to manage in the championship. Top is as complicit in this mess as Rodgers as he's not acted. How can any football manager be this bad for 2 years and not get sacked. Aside from the fa Cup win, we've been on a downward trajectory for years and nobody has done anything to stop it. Club is rotten and I've never been as out of love with my club as I am right now.

funkyrobot Posted 1 April 2023 Posted 1 April 2023 He’s going to say a lack of quality due to not being backed but his team have just been played off the park by a squad of lesser value, with lower wages who lost their main player at half time. He has to look at himself and the man management that has resulted in a broken Ndidi playing 90minutes and being ran past for the second goal like he was up against Messi when it was Jordan Ayew nonchalantly moving past him. This is ALL on Rodgers. His team, his tactics, his motivational techniques, his poor treatment of players that don’t deserve it - Mendy, Soyuncu and up until very recently Iversen.
