Need to see it again but on first view I thought Thomas gave Tielemans a hospital ball of a throw in which set off the sequence of events that led to the goal. 

 

Then Tielemans needs to be stronger. It wasn't a foul. Vardy does that and we're saying it's strength.

 

Soyuncu was then too deep and Fofana shouldn't have stepped up.
