I've met him before and to be fair to him he came across well. Myself and my mate approached him after a charity event and despite us being a bit drunk and despite interrupting him having a deep conversation with Jamie Carragher he was polite and friendly.

He's also done a Q&A at work and he came across really well in that as well. A lot more humble than perhaps he comes across on TV.

Sean, you don’t like market leaders. So time to hand out some punishment. Defend like beavers!!

Reverse psychology. I like it. :brendan:

No I’m being genuine. I disliked them as a club when we’re at a similar(ish) level but after having gone to Turf Moor I appreciate them. Great history for a club from a place that’s similar in size to Loughborough.

I wouldn’t want Dyche here but he’d be a great fit for Newcastle or Palace where he’d get some backing at least. He’s flogging a dead horse there with dossers like Erik Pieters and Tim Westwood in midfield

Dear Chris wood. I had you as my background picture on PS3 back in the day after you scored some great goals for us after signing. Please do it again tonight!!! Thanks

If Burnley win tonight, and if it's not one of the 359 days of the year where my wife doesn't prevent me from making intense, slow, painful love to her, I'm more than happy to film the occasion and release a "GINGER MOURINHOOOOO" at the threshold of expulsion.

I've always felt that our fans' dislike for him was more than a little odd. He made a throwaway comment in a post-match interview nearly eight years ago when we were both going for promotion. Honestly, grow up.

My mate used to play for Chesterfield with him.  Very nice chap apparently.

And if Allison comes running up for a corner in the 90th min, TWAT HIM :revenge:

So I know the fa cup was our perfect script. But what would be better than Liverpool drawing 0-0 with burnley... Allison comes up for the corner the commentators froffing at the thought of him scoring again. Only for burnley to clear their lines and go and score at the other end in an open net.

before we draw on the final day and they cry themselves to sleep.

genuine question though, why didn’t west brom stick a striker on the halfway line? You can bet your life Liverpool wouldn’t have sent the keeper up as a they would have wanted the point

I’ve done a 180° turn on Burnley and Dyche, considering the size of the place and how successful they’ve been historically - the current ambition of their owner/s is pathetic. They’re a weak side held together by a manager that gets near to 100% out of them.

Their fans deserve better than super Arsenal lite

I genuinely wonder where all the Premier League money they've received in the last 5 years have gone? Even promoted teams over the years have outspent Burnley.

**** Burnley and Dyche btw. They get all that TV money just sign Dale Stephens for £1m (their only signing last summer). I'm not expecting them to pay (30m for Benteke and pay him £100k a week but where the ambition?

I'm going to dye my hair ginger and then give myself a number 2 buzz cut in honour of this fine specimen when they beat Liverpool tonight.

WE'RE UP ALL NIGHT FOR CHRIS WOOD
