Anyone know why the last two games are both on Sunday? Usually its just the final day.

The penultimate game is to be played on a Sunday to avoid clashing with the FA Cup final on the day before.

Other than Leeds really, that is a very good set of fixtures for after travelling around Europe compared to what it could’ve been

Disagree, I'd much rather play the other clubs involved in Europe.

Home to Chelsea day before my birthday (20th Nov). Wonder if that will move to my Bday due to Europa.

Overall we have a nice mix. Xmas looks quite tough but end of season is much calmer than last season

I swear we always have big 6 teams over Christmas.

You have to play them sometime, I'm just glad that if we happen to be in a top four race this coming season we don't have to look at the fixture list and know we need a big buffer going into the last three games. It would be great just to be in the mix going into the final quarter of the season.

Burnley (A), Brighton (H) and Liverpool (A) are played during the 2022 AFCON.

Iheanacho, Ndidi, Mendy and Amartey will be unavailable.

Potentially Sowah if he gets a call up and I suspect Soumare will be getting a knock on the door from Senegal.

Nobody will be missing from Burnley, Brighton will be without Yves Bissouma (although I suspect there's little chance he'll be a Brighton player come the start of the season) and Liverpool will be without Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Naby Keita.

I think Soumare will be a France regular, so would be surprised if he goes to Sengal.

@StanSP Edit your first post and get this image on the 1st page so those who click this thread can see this straight away. Took me some digging to find this.

First game stinks of a Monday night or Friday night game. Not big enough for the Sat or Sunday slots but decent enough for TV
