Liverpool Cathedral is a great visit if you're into that sort of thing. Biggest Cathedral in England and something like 5th biggest in the World. I was amazed how big it actually is when I went.

Thought that but he has redeemed himself recently with his public stand against the anti vaxers and conspiracy theorists , still very annoying on a football level though.

I think there's a very good chance of this going ahead. We should have those who tested positive back from isolation (assuming they are fit and well and symptom free), those who were 'ill' all back too.  That should give us enough players to field a decent team. I don't think Liverpool have had a significant outbreak, so have enough available.

 

From an article I saw this morning about the proposal to postpone next week, it is more about players getting a break as teams can't rotate due to cases, rather than postponing due to cases at clubs.

 

Although, if we're being advised as a general population to consider how much we're mingling, not sure how football crowds fit in there.

The docks really are impressive. If you're into that sort of thing, you can look at stuff in the Tate and then get a chippy by the Mersey.

 

I actually quite like Liverpool but it is VERY Beatles centric, in parts. I doubt many teenagers would be able to name a handful of Beatles songs.

Most from the original batch of players who tested positive should be out of isolation by today but not sure how many players were affected from the second outbreak last Thursday? Hopefully we have 2 CB's available now, as not sure how long Cags and Evans were out for.

Soyuncu I doubt will be fit, touch and go (said week to week and half), maybe Man CIty or Liverpool PL game. Evans should be fine as he was in line for a start at Everton.

 

As you say, it will have been 10 days since our last game so most players isolating should be back, at least training.

It’s what Rogers said “he will be assessed again ahead of the weekend (Everton)” “scan was as good as an outcome, as possible”

Take the train to Crosby and walk along the beach. See the iron men statues then take him to a cafe for a burger.
