Games feel like a real chore at the minute, and that's just me sitting down and turning TV on lol So I don't know how you regulars feel about a midweek trek to Burnley.

But I'll be switching on, full of hope that tonight the night we show some backbone and let our quality shine through. Its got to a stage where I'd probably take a point at Burnley.

Good luck it's not on....

I'd forgotten how horrible it feels to be getting dragged into a relegation battle. Nerves are really starting to kick in.

It would be nice if just for once we could avoid giving our opponents an early goal start. We've conceded in the first 35 minutes of 9 of our 11 away games this season.

Close, but Soyuncu's late goal from a corner will be VAR'd off for offside against Barnes, for obstructing the keeper from the substitutes bench  :o :D

Yeh...I forgot, I didn't wait until the end..lol

We've won twice in the league away from home all season, we've not kept a clean sheet in the league away from home for over a year. Its simply not good enough, anything other than a comprehensive win to nil will be unacceptable and Rodgers should walk home.

Agree. Avoid defeat and keep the points gap the same. I'm afraid it has come down to this at the moment.

It’s strange. I’m actually looking forward to games as much as ever at the moment, hard to put a real finger on why but I must be the only nutcase out there

I think tonight will give us real insight into whether Rodgers can turn this around.

Burnley are everything we're not. We'll need to be improved in all of the areas that have caused us problems over the last year or so. We'll need to be aggressive, resilient, organised, strong and defend set pieces well.

Sums it up very nicely.

An extremely wise choice at the best of times!

If we lose tonight Rodgers job will be hanging by a thread. The last two performances against West Ham and Wolves have been better but we need to results now. Can we just have a good day for once? 0-2 away win. Based on the evidence of this season I'm definitely kidding myself but hey ho.

if we lose this we are in a relegation battle i couldn't care less what other people say

Leeds new manager bounce

Everton playing well and showing fight

Newcastle soon to overtake us

Burnley stringing wins together

Buckle in lads and lasses x
