Changed team against Newcastle, first choice against Everton, changed team against Villa, full strength for Roma, changed team against Spurs, full strength for Roma away.

 

Make sure most of our key players aren’t starting 3 games a week.

It’s a shame we’ve got other priorities and will rest players because id love to pummel these Saudi worshipping, arrogant ****s into the ground. Another fan base who think they ‘deserve’ things based on absolutely nothing. Shit club, shit owners, weird fans.

We could do my boy Jesse a big favor by winning these next two matches.  But I'd still rest half the Roma eleven against Newcastle and half against Everton.  It'd be nice to win but Europa has to be the priority now.

The fact that the Europa game thread already has more comments on it might be indicative of where our priorities are at present. 
 

I’d go for virtually the same team that beat Palace. Maybe Barnes for Lookman if the latter is to start against Roma. Perez could also reasonably replace one of those previous starters 
 

It’s a shame we can’t rotate more in midfield. Mendy is a shoe-in, but maintaining the same quality without Maddison and KDH is difficult. Replacing Tielemans is hard as well despite his average form.
 

It’s a pity that Soumare isn’t available at the moment as this run of games would be ideal for him to play himself into a bit of form

Complete rotation of defence still gives us a decent backline. I expect Rotation with Daka, Kelly, Barnes and Lookman. 

 

Think Barnes should start. He will be hurting after being taken off 1-0 down, missing a serious chance, and the team coming back so strongly without him. Would rather Lookman started against Roma, unless Barnes shows some good form in the next 2 games.

 

The concern is KDH, Maddison and Tielemans.  There isn't enough quality in rotation there.  Soumare is nowhere to be seen (presume still injured), Choudhury is not good enough. We run out of options pretty quick. My gut tells me to rest Maddison and play KDH and Tielemans. Perez can probably feature, but still very concerned he won't turn up for a 2nd game. 

 

Maybe it's time to play Braybrooke?

Strangely a pretty meaningless game, unless you think we can win all our remaining games to sneak seventh place.

 

Probably the most stressless game this season. Think the main focus this next week should be Everton away. Much more important to win there and help send those scumbags down. Probably biased because they are the team I despise the most in the league. No time for them.

Whatever team Togers puts out against the magpies I hope he’s given youre and barnes a proper bollocking. Give them the 1st half to redeem themselves if not than yank them off and tell them they will no longer start. Both of them need to pull their socks up! The rest of the team are performing and these two are letting the side down. Christ even Perez is showing he still cares and he’s hardly played this season. Looking forward to getting Vardy back asap too.
