Be good enough to win the game without the ref being bent.

The simple fact remains we weren't good enough. We haven't been good enough for a long time. We don't create enough.

We don't show any urgency. I don't want to put up with this risk adverse and safe football Rodgers serves up next season.

His philosophy is outdated and I don't trust him with a rebuild.

Rodgers for me can go.

... after that, there's not a damned thing to say.  So I'll leave this tread to the rest of you

We got what we deserved, the Ref was awful, Europe was great whilst it lasted not sure we will be back anytime soon, if we continue on this path sadly.

Brendan and the players, have some fvcking shame. There was NOTHING and I repeat NOTHING good or even decent about our performance today. We can whinge about the ref all we want had we actually created ANYTHING

We were poor. No doubt.

But I’m so angry. We could have played better, but my god the referring was atrocious. It’s hard enough when you play away to a team like Roma in a big stadium - but the very least you expect is an official who isn’t a corrupt ****ing ****

I'm normally Rodgers in.

But I think he's time is up.

Passive, low risk football.

Same, I think this has finally broken my faith in him. Set pieces still a problem, slow possession and no penetration whatsoever.

Where do we go from here? I genuinely don't know.

Ref is a c… , he’s totally ruined this game

He denied us a stonewall penalty and has honestly probably cost us a few bob. The penalty was clear and I just don't get why it wasn't given

1. Start slow

2. Show zero aggression

3. Concede from a set piece

4. Dominate possession against a team happy to let us play side-to-side

5. Win a few set pieces

6. Hit the first man

7. Play some more sideways football

8. Threaten to enter the opposition box

9. Full time

10. Prepare for the same in a few days time

Didn’t create anyth8ng but then neither did they. We get the penalty that game finishes a draw and we’re in extra time. But completely and utterly ****ed over by the ref, some of the decisions were as bent as you’re likely to see.

Rodgers will be delighted with those possession stats

But if the ref or VAR had given the penalty at the start, it would have been a different game.

When games are generally settled by one goal, big decisions need to be right.
