He'll use this as an excuse to be even more negative.

Gives him more of a reason to stick with his favourites for sure.

Yes. It was the young players fault and England went too attacking at half time. Catastrophic thinking.

The blame should be firmly at the FA’s door for constantly appointing boring managers.

We’ve had to endure McClaren, Hodgson & Southgate, they even appointed Allardyce but we know how that went.

Four managers who play a negative boring brand of football.

There’s a reason why a large chunk of fans dislike International breaks, because we know full well whether win or lose, watching England is going to be boring.

‘We tried to attack so much it left us open at the back’, or words to that effect. Risible.

What attack? Bloke's a deluded fool. Sorry. I liked him in the euros but he's a lamb in sheep's clothing

I'm telling you right now, the FA are furiously typing up the social media abuse sob story press release right now to deflect and protect their man from the furious media.

The media will take the bait and back off.

Tried to involve new players lol

Two defenders, who barely played and Jarred Bowen who was wasted when played. Dear me.

"Classy response taking full responsibility" - cry me a river lol

If he really was taking full responsibility he would resign, after our worst home defeat in 96 years.

Apparently this could affect our ranking for the Euro 2024 qualifiers. If we're not in the top 10 sides (14th currently according to Five Live) after the six games we'll be in a lower pot and could get a top side in qualifying,
