Sound out potential managers from a list of maybe 5-10 (would've been doing this a while ago). Sack Rodgers. The others can wait until we see what happens without Rodgers shackles on us. Iversen might be great for all we know.

I'd like to think it's accounted for already.

And all the work that's been done up to now for it I imagine the owners or hierarchy don't want to scrap it. The additional revenue (even if we were to sadly get relegated) will be there for them, and the club. And I'd like to think we wouldn't be there for long! Fingers crossed. We're not there yet. We can still stay up. It'll be a struggle, but not relegated yet.

I'd want a long term manager. A short fix might work, but we've seen in the past it doesn't always work out best. Shakespeare is an example - worked well for a short period, then not so much after! Not the best example I agree, but proves the point.

I think you should be aiming for long-ish term but you need to not go too far all in on one (like we've done here), I want a situation created for ourselves where if we do end up in a position like this there's a fairly seamless move to another manager. A bit like what you've now got IMO at Brighton. Categorically not what Watford have done as theirs is ridiculous.

I wouldn't mind changing every 2/3 years albeit that's entirely depending on who it is.

1) Sack Rodgers

2) Appoint the sexiest manager in football - Matthias Jaissle

3) Sign Oumar Solet

4) Sign Nicolas Seiwald

5) Sign Noah Okafor

RB Leicester City is now formed.

1. I'd bring in Nigel as DOF and move Rudkin to some other position.

2. Sack Rogers and bring in an up and coming top manager who has form for improving Teams and building Moral team spirit within the Team.

3. Continue with the Ground Expansion it's very much needed.

4. Definitely keep Seagrave. We need to be buying up the best kids from around the world and develop them further.

This could be a huge money earner for the Club.  Even just one coming through every year could easily bring in big money.

5. Get rid of most of the current squad with the exception of the obvious. Rebuild the Team with physically stronger players

with Pace and Skill who can play and is not going to be bullied by the opposition.

Think there should be a better fans representation from the club, as certain concerns/questions feel ignored at times.

Better beer quality and pricing.

1. Replace Rudkin with Ralf Rangnick

2. Let Ralf appoint a new Head Coach.
3. Put Rodgers on gardening leave, until a club wan to him.
4. Overhaul the entire coaching setup and analytical team.

5. Support Glover in overhauling the squad.

Can that actually be done? And if so why don't more clubs do that?

A couple of people already mentioning leaving Seagrave. What's the issue there? I've not been keeping up with that side of things

...there isn't!! Just the thought that the players have become spoilt with the facilities at hand!!!

Pretty much need to get quality coaches in, and a backroom that deals with conditioning, because we are nowhere near fitness-wise where we should be. Ndidi and Pereira breaking down in tandem are no good for consistency, I would overhaul the training practices.

Getting rid of Rodgers will solve the problem, as regarding the mentality of the team and the club, we have no identity, and that stems from what is on offer on the pitch at the moment.

A change in the setup on the Board where Top does not have the last word and decisions can be taken on a majority vote, he is strangling the club at the moment and it does not mean that he is right.

We have put in a sizeable outlay on developing the expansion, we have to follow through in order to extract the maximum revenue to incorporate it into the business plan to develop and boost the club's finances.

The gap between our supporters and the club seems to be getting bigger and bigger each year, we are not on the same page and it appears no one at the club seems prepared to listen and treat the fans as a cash cow. If it was possible I would look to cap ticket prices and merchandise, things are far too expensive in the club shop and we need to bring some kind of real-world sense to what we are asking people to pay.

The last thing, we move to a high-tempo game, 4-4-2 or even a 3-5-2, where the wingbacks are not just missiles to be hurled forward but their first thought is to defend and support the midfield. Maddison, KDH, and Ndidi sitting in front of the back line allowing one of our CBs to push up and carry the ball forward while Ndidi drops in to cover the space he has just vacated.

One more, Vardy to get the numbers to beat Michael Owen and Wrighty!!

Yeah better beer will help us to really turn things around.

Actually Man City have Asahi on tap and they're flying. Maybe you're on to something.

1. Bin Rodgers - At this point anyone but Rodgers will do

2. Hopefully there has been interest to bring in some investment - Take the pressure off of Top

3. Bring in a total new board with new ideas - Get rid of Rudkin and Whelen

4. More Fan centric - Fund UFS' Tifos every game (home and away) - Get rid of the ticket staff - Get Jim to run on a fans first common sense approach

5. Get old players involved to remind this current lot what this club means and stands for i.e Muzzy, Piper, Walshy, Simmo, Huth to give a team talk or two

and a 6th would be to swap the Family Stand with the Kop and save me a walk

Surely it starts with swapping the family stand and the Kop?

bring back clappers.

turn the pre match music up louder to create a better atmosphere.

Keep more possession of the ball, thus creating less opportunity for the opponents to score.

Bring back Collins John

This is clearly the way to go. Once complete we need to build the statue of Conrad in the dugout
