420Hashish Posted 26 April 2024 Posted 26 April 2024 Never in doubt really. We were going to have our ups and downs. I remember a couple of weeks ago a lot of fans wanted Enzo Out. Pathetic part of the fan base who voted yes. 1
Popular Post Trav Le Bleu Posted 26 April 2024 Popular Post Posted 26 April 2024 17th will be fine by me next season. 15

Any half reasonable Manager would have been expected to get this squad promoted. He'll be judged fully/ properly next season. Personally I don't think he'll survive up to Christmas! But, we'll see. 3
BillyFOX12 Posted 26 April 2024 Posted 26 April 2024 Survival come next season, will be tough, but we'll make it.
Happy Fox Posted 26 April 2024 Posted 26 April 2024 (edited) Just as long as we finish above the Redshite. Edited 26 April 2024 by Happy Fox

RowlattsFox Posted 26 April 2024 Posted 26 April 2024 Crucial we can start planning without worrying about the playoffs. Going to need to clever and exact with any signings. 1
Jattdogg Posted 27 April 2024 Posted 27 April 2024 Happy to be back. Hope things work out for us given the unknowns.
Sly Posted 27 April 2024 Posted 27 April 2024 It could be interesting, as they’ve said Manchester City will also be heard. Let’s hope they get whacked for the points deductions next season as well. That will surely be massively significant. A good chance Forest and Everton get done again as well, if they stay in the league.

Pliskin Posted 27 April 2024 Posted 27 April 2024 Thank **** for that. Glad to see the back of this league, it’s like a night on Belgian beers, turns the best of us into monsters.

I remember a couple of weeks ago a lot of fans wanted Enzo Out. Pathetic part of the fan base who voted yes. This is silly, cut it out. I was a staunch supporter of Enzo for most of the season, until we threw away a 17 point lead and looked awful for a decent length of time this year. It seemed to be down to Enzo's tactics, and as a result I voted Out. It's okay to praise when things are going well, and criticise when they're not. I'm really proud of this team for getting promoted, and massive credit to Enzo and his team for transforming us. However, lessons need to be learned from that drop off: By the players as much as by our Head Coach. We can enjoy and celebrate this, but let's not forget that those lessons need to be learned. Enzo will be a better manager for it if he does, which I'm sure he will. Anyway, bring on the Premier League again! Fascinated to see how we do. 8
UniFox21 Posted 27 April 2024 Posted 27 April 2024 Really hate that pundits make it seem Liverpool have spent nothing, it's such a stupid take when they're up there with the top 4 biggest spenders. £85m they spent on Nunez, more than basically 14 teams have spent individually in years 2
fazzyfox Posted 27 April 2024 Posted 27 April 2024 Commentary team complaining how flat the West Ham v Liverpool has been, a game moved for TV to 12:30 in a week when Liverpool have had a 200 mph local derby, no I’m not Klopp but can’t they see the hypocrisy,

The worse thing is that they think all of us are stupid enough to believe their lies. Liverpool's manager appointment is bizarre, I can't understand it at all. Even if Feyenoord were right now top of the Dutch league with 0 losses it would still be a shocking decision to appoint Slot. Imo they're going to suffer more than Arsenal and Man Utd post Wenger and Fergie era. 1

Can't agree there, Edwards has been installed as DOF and will be given complete control of recruitment etc. He's brilliant at what he does and only left as FSG gave Klopp more control over recruitment than him. They'll suffer on the pitch but recruitment wise they'll progress well
RowlattsFox Posted 27 April 2024 Posted 27 April 2024 I like the fact they've chosen a manager who they think fits best and not just joined the merry go round of elite managers. Remains to be seen whether it works.
