Have you met Sky?

They're like those army generals that used to move toy soldiers round a battlefield without care or consequence.

It's entirely deliberate, they are bagging it for TV, they would have been happy on the Friday night but now they can have it as an extra midweek TV game too and probably stick it at a point where they think there will be maximum jeopardy for the promotion race.

We aren't winning the league by those two games, highly unlikely but maybe promotion will be confirmed by Norwich at the earliest?

So TV have ruined the 2 Easter games with shitty 12:30pm flat atmosphere, no prematch build up, kick offs. willy pullers. I hate early kick off with a passion.

Bristol city game was always going to be played at 1230, regardless of Sky.

Just to note that on both of those matchdays (Good Friday & Easter Monday) they have live games involving us, Ipswich and Leeds in the same order:

12:30 - Us (Bristol City A & Norwich H)

17:30 - Ipswich (Blackburn A & Soton H)

20:00 - Leeds (Watford A & Hull H)

Might not matter at all really, but the whole narrative about "going first" and others playing later to chase based on the result could be interesting

They will move games and deny us a promotion / title winning game again like in 2014. Can see it a mile off.

It's likely to go down to game week 41/42 at the earliest IMO.

I would think all the top 3/4 will have their games moved from now on.

Leeds fans will probably not like having a late kick-off v us in terms of getting home but they'll probably enjoy the game.

That kick off time should just be banned full stop for whatever crap purpose, its absolute crap. On a weekend or day off having to get up at the crack of dawn to get somewhere, no beer time. Rubbish.

If it’s a bank holiday, you can drink from whatever time you want but agree regarding a Saturday!

FFS I’m away at center parcs on29th but it’s the day we leave so won’t be able to have a beer and watch it. And wife and kids won’t want to leave early and head home for it

Now we dragged into the autos fight, I am guessing we are more attractive team to show again.

Have to make the most of Saturdays QPR match. Could be the last home proper kick off time for a long while.

Birmingham may not be moved as Norwich v Ipswich and Coventry v Leeds are in that round.

I remember it working well for us with Spurs chasing in the title season.
