Didn’t see this one coming 😂 joking aside another exciting addition. 
 

Our incoming transfer business has been very positive so far, really hope we see a few shipped out and another 4 or 5 incomings that are suited to Enzo’s style if we can then it’s going be a very exciting season.

Well excited about this lad. Really hopes he rips this league apart with us, loves it here and is desperate to stay and help us cement top four next season.

Co-sporting directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley said: ‘This loan move is the perfect opportunity for Cesare to continue his progression as an exciting, young footballer.

‘We’re excited to see how he performs under Enzo Maresca at Leicester and look forward to watching him continue on this journey.’

The 20-year-old arrived at Chelsea in the summer of 2022 from Inter Milan. He was a regular for our Under-21 side before leaving on loan in January for Reading. 

Casadei made 15 appearances for the Royals and that experience will undoubtedly serve him well as he returns to the second tier with Leicester.
