Deserved defeat.
 

Let’s be honest, we’ve not played very well yet this season.
 

Plenty of time still for us to click but feel like we are in a bit of a false position so far as Coventry are the only team we’ve played so far you’d expect to trouble the top half.

Didn't deserve to lose that one, but most certainly did not deserve to win it either.

 

The dropped points were coming. Though we won all our games so prior to this one, we got away with too many lucky wins. This time round we are probably unlucky to lose, but these things even themselves out over the course of the season.

 

We weren't creative enough today, but we also saw lots of sloppy passes or moments throughout the match.

 

I've always said that the first 10 games were going to be rough, and expected something a bit like this performance. We are bedding in so many new players, it's going to take time to build up the fluency. Personally, I think we will still see us flatter to deceive until about game 15 or so, it really does that that much time to get things right at minimum with system based tactics.

Dreadful, like most weeks. For the players we have, they are still massively underperforming. 90 minutes I won't get back. All we can hope is that over the next 3-4 weeks, performances start improving

Awful. Utterly dreadful. Hulls defence and keeper are awful and we've not even tested them. Doyle and KDH terrible and only positive was Fatawu. Massive reality check and if we continue to play as poorly as we have so far this season, we could struggle. We've not played anyone decent other than arguably Coventry and if we are brutally honest, we've not played well once this season

I think it was for the ref's lack of added time rather than the team.

We looked clueless from the moment Hull scored. 

 

Other than our new Ghanaian wonder kid, I'm not sure there's a single positive you can take from that.

 

Straightforward win for Hull

You can have bad days, especially in the championship and you're not going to win every game. But I'm yet to be convinced by Maresca and I genuinely don't see us as a threat for the automatics. Far too many issues in my opinion. Creativity is still so poor. Should be creating loads in the championship.

What a reality check, right before the break as well. 

 

We just cant create good chances which is embarrassing for such a strong squad. Players like Nacho and KDH are really playing awfully, when they should be two of the best in the league.
